This is hands down the best sub chain I have ever been to. The flavor of the sandwiches is phenomenal, and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. Big thanks to William and the rest of the Jersey Mike’s team for a great all around experience time and time again!

Ordered special sandwiches the night before. When I stepped through the door, I must have had take out written on my head. Everything was ready and I was out in less than five minutes. Sandwiches were as ordered, and even tasted great the next day.

Husband brought sandwiches home from jersey mikes, we realized they forgot our chips and he went back to grab them. As he was gone, I took the first bite of my sandwich and immediately was chewing on a hair. Sent him a photo of the hair in sandwich and they were extremely rude to him. The manager smiled crudely and said sorry, it’s policy we need to see the evidence. And said it happens. Like hair happens. I get that things happens, but the extreme rudeness and lack of managerial skills was evident. I’m sure people lie and try to get free food, but is saying no to a returning customer really going to affect the overall dollar? We sadly won’t be returning.

Just picked up sandwiches tonight and I ordered the Portobello Mushroom and Swiss sandwich. Where’s the Portobello’s?!? It literally only had two small slices at the end of the sandwich and the rest of the sandwich was Green Peppers! Not happy at all! Please teach your employees to make better sandwiches for the kind of money you spend on the sandwich. Thanks!

I usually go to one on Richmond Rd ( that's where I'll stick to) was in a different part of town so I stopped by at around 8:45,I told them I wanted a club extra turkey and asked could I get more turkey instead of bacon ( they said no problem). This is what I opened when I got home. Dude making the sandwich didn't even know what he was doing. Richmond Rd gives me 3x more meat on a REGULAR SANDWICH. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. And the staff is not that friendly.

I came out in a storm to get dinner from this place, as soon as I walked in I was told that there was no way they could take my order because of the storm that just came through knocked the internet out. Why do you need the internet to ring up an order? Just write it down and put the order in when I comes back up. I even offered to wait a while, and was told that I “should just go somewhere else” it’s pretty sad when an establishment relies so much on the internet that they can’t take orders during a thunderstorm
