Overall, the quality of the food here is AMAZING; HOWEVER, I’ve been getting JumpStart for almost a year now pretty regularly and they increased their prices by over 50%. Their regular sized smoothie bowl was $10 and now is almost $17. I understand increasing prices to match competitors or to fluctuate with market changes; however, it was a huge disappointment to a loyal customer to increase prices by that much. Looks like I’ll be making smoothie bowls at home now unfortunately!The staff are wonderful, and the food is wonderful, but that large of a cost increase is too much to continue to buy.

We were traveling through Lexington and found Jump Start Smoothies. We ordered two bowls and one PB Crunch Toast! All three were great and everything was so fresh. It was so good we stopped on our way back home. Two more bowls and a smoothie! Oh and the staff was so friendly and nice!
The acai bowl never fails my taste buds. Fresh fruit and the apple juice substitution makes for a sweeter bowl.

As a former Juice Bar owner, I recommend “Jump Start” juicery & cafe, this place is a jewel, fresh juices, smoothies, Acai bowls & their food menu is pretty extensive.The owner (John) is very knowledgeable & his staff is well trained & very welcoming.This kind of hospitality is what you’ll find in the Horse Capital of the world, Lexington, Kentucky!
