Many years ago,iwent to the location on Richmond road. It was late and the door was locked. As I started to leave the door opened and a young man asked what I wanted. I said that's okay your closed already. He said come on inside there were two other people waiting for a batch of chicken to get done. After they were served and left I got my order plus a free bucket of fresh chicken at no extra cost. The young man said I will have to throw it out anyway. What happened to you KFC. Your chicken isn't fresh anymore, the legs and wings are very small and your so called mashed potatoes , if that's what they are at all suck.

I ordered an 8 piece nugget meal on my 30 minute lunch break. I got to my destination and only had six nuggets (and whatever this is in the picture) and some fries that tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. I called and they told me I had to bring it back in order for them to make it right. Y’all should’ve made it right the first time. Maybe that’s why the parking lot is always empty.

The inside is very clean. Been before. This time I went through the drive through 2 hours before they closed, they said they were out of everything so I just ordered a Mac n Cheese.I paid, they told me to pull up and that they’d bring the food out shortly. I waited 40 minutes then looked out my rear view mirror and saw the cashier gesturing for me to drive in reverse and go back to the window…… I do this. I’m ready for Mac n Cheese.She said that the Mac n Cheese was still cooking and it would take another 20-30 minutes I just smiled and said ok. I pulled up to the front again and 35 minutes later they came out with my Mac n Cheese.Sooooo….. don’t get the Mac n Cheese. Or at least make sure they don’t have to make more?

Not happy at all..I went through the drive thru and got two big boxes and a kids meal for lunch one day. The chicken was obviously from the night before and the sides were extremely dry. The also forgot to give me my kids milk. I called spoke to a lady they said they’d replace it and took my name. So tonight I decided hey I’m gonna call and see if I can pick that up. I called and spoke with the manger he was very rude and told me it was already picked up in his book and there was a 24 hour policy to pick it up: I never picked that food up. I’m upset the food was expensive and nothing was done to make my experience better! 0 stars

Our chicken was raw after a remake, breading was soggy and falling off everywhere, cashier, a young woman was very rude and the kitchen staff were very rude and were arguing with me when I asked for my chicken to me fixed, general Manger was rude when I told him i got undercooked chicken. Waste of time and

Overall, it's not too bad, but some of the staff seems a bit rude or at least inexperienced to the world of customer service. It can take them some time to speak to guests inside usually, but they don't look too thoroughly staffed, hardly their fault. It's fast food, so I don't believe in setting too high a standard.Best wishes to the workers there! I've done that kind of work for 8 years and it's never been easy!

So the food here taste like kentucly fired chicken and it it as juicy and juicy as it can be. i came here for a vacation and this chicken is amazing. the service sucked though because the cashier is playing fortnite but the food is amazing. the atmosphere is what keep the green house gasses in so it is doing a great
