What in the world were you thinking? The cream filled with the glaze with out the chocolate on it were the best. I drove 1 1/2 hours each way to get the original cream filled. But got the non glaze ones. So a 3 hour drive for nothing. Bring back the original. This might be the last time I go to Krispy Kreme.

We stopped here in January of 2023, and we were met with the most friendly staff! My friend that was with me had never had Krispy Kreme and when the staff heard that, they got him a fresh, warm, donut, and gave it to him to try! It was so kind of them! Of course, he was instantly hooked, and we ended up buying two boxes instead of just one. The staff and service were outstanding! 10 out of 10! And of course the donuts were perfection!

Two horrible experiences. They never have any donuts that are on the menu. I've been several times for the kreme filled and they never have them. Placed a pick up order at another time, same thing. No kreme filled donuts. Service horrible. Employee in drive thru never said a word to me, had an attitude, shoved my box at me and it wasn't even completely closed. Glad Dunkin donuts is opening soon right across the street!!

Absolutely worst customer service through the drive-through at night. We waited in line on a Friday evening for 10 minutes to be helped before driving off only to see the drive through employee talking to a friend at the drive through window. Krispy Kreme lost at least 3 orders while I was there.

Bad service I went to look for a dozen hearts and they didn't want to sell me because they ran out and they didn't have anything to sell tomorrow... so why do they put up their ads for the hearts and they don't make
Came through the drive thru was waiting to pay when the manager slides the window open and starts berating me over holding the line up when they hadn’t even come to take my payment yet. I was blown away by the incompetence of both management as well as the staff as this was the second straight time they didn’t get my order close to right. Ordered hot now’s and chocolate glazed. What do they do? Gave me strawberry with sprinkles. Never going back! That lady manager needs to be fired. Terrible one star.
