Used to be my favorite Kroger bc of convenience to the house and had a more comfortable feel bc of its smaller size... however tonight I was forced to scan over $600 of groceries bc all the lanes were closed except for self scan 2 hours before closing! Here's the thing: I'm giving this 2 stars because of what I'm going to detail. Otherwise, the meat/seafood section has always been amazing and the employees at the Starbucks are top notch. I love them. This Kroger has a terrible problem allowing pets in the store. These are not service dogs(referred to as SDs this point forward). My Tates Creek Kroger doesn't carry a product that I like, so usually I have to search all the stores in the area. According to the website, Chinoe had what I was looking for so I went there. They didn't have it. I picked up the few things I needed and left. This is the first time I've been to the Chinoe Kroger and likely the last. They don't have a number of the products I frequently use. I kust don't particularly like this store.101
