This place is a regular spot for me and my Husband. We love the southwest shrimp for a starter. Pair that with a bowl of loaded potato soup and bread for an awesome meal.Hubby likes their burgers and I enjoy their salmon. There are many good tasty meals to choose from.

So disappointed!!! We waited over 30 minutes to be seated and then over an hour for our food, for our food to come out cold! I told the waitress and she was just going to put my steak back on the grill. No thank you, a rested steak back on the grill would have been too tough to eat. I ask for it to be taken off my bill. The manager came over to tell me it was taken off my bill. He was not nice, friendly or apologetic. So, my husband ate 1/2 his cold steak because he was starving, my daughter lost her appetite because of the ordeal. So we spent $100 on my husband's cold steak, my daughter's cold fries and under cooked chicken. We all left mad and hungry. I do not recommend spending hard earned money here. It was such a a waste.

We’ve found our new favorite steakhouse! First off, the complimentary bread with butter was very tasty. The appetizer was their Parmesan spinach cheese dip. Best appetizer I’ve ever had anywhere. I decided to try the porterhouse steak, adding Parmesan topping with mushrooms. Tastiest steak I’ve ever had! Medium rare of course. Added the lobster tail, and let me tell you, that lobster tail was wayyyy better than Red Lobster! Steakhouse Mac n cheese was VERY good. Their Crispy Brussels sprouts made me like Brussels sprouts for the first time EVER! Wife had Parmesan crusted chicken, which she loved! Great Caesar salad and baked potato.Now for our incredibly AWESOME Server, Meganne! Longhorn was slammed and very busy. Yet she was on top of it!! No sooner would I finish my coke, and she’d have another one ready. She was absolutely a pleasure to talk to, answer our questions about the menu. My wife and I absolutely LOVE her!This was our first time trying Longhorn Steakhouse, but it sure as Hell won’t be our last. Every time we go, we’ll ask for MEGANNE!!OUTSTANDING FOOD. Waitress was absolutely terrible. I have never in my life had such a bad waitress and bad service. I am so disappointed in this particular location. The one in Frankfort is so much better and the staff is so much better. To top it off it was my birthday dinner and she ruined the whole night. Now I wish we would've went somewhere else. The ONLY thing that was good was the food and that's because another waitress brought it to us. I will seriously think before going here again. The manager didn't even come out to apologize they sent another waitress out to do it. I'm still upset and that was 2 weeks ago.Kid-friendliness: Not really kids friendly in my opinion.

We were so thrilled with our experience at Longhorn on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, KY. The care that the manager Genn took to get our order perfect was unbelievable! We were having a small family get together and ordered multiple porterhouse steaks along with a few other entrees and sides. Her team cooked everything exactly to our specifications. We had to travel and transport the food for approximately 2 hours. The team had wrapped all of the food in foil to keep it hot for the long trip. I then placed all of our food in a portable food warmer so everything arrived still hot. It was all just so perfect and everybody raved about the quality of everything! It was truly delicious! What a beautiful memory for us all! We want to sincerely thank the manager Genn again and her fantastic team in truly displaying such perfect service!!! We give them all a perfect score of 10!! We highly recommend this location and Genn's amazing team!!

This place was ok but I will never be back very overpriced I’d rather go to Texas Roadhouse. 2 adults and a kid came to 93 dollars. Both adults got 2 ribeye steaks witha sweet potato and loads macaroni. Kids meal was a sirloin with Mac and cheeses. I DO NOT

We absolutely loved it here the server was super prompt and friendly and the food was amazing! My husband got the 10oz I believe it was called the sheriff and he said it was the best steak he's ever had at a restaurant. I got the Cobb steak salad and it was cooked perfectly.
