Didn’t allow my husband and myself in at 6 pm because our five month old was not 21.

Darling as always. We came pre-concert at Manchester Hall next-door. We had Lauren G as our server. She was delightful and attentive and a whole lot of fun. The gator was a little salty, but she’s not cooking the food so we won’t hold that against her ha ha. However, the shrimp ceviche, and the bottle of Pinot Grigio we had were top-notch. Will be back for sure.

A very pretty rooftop bar. Service could use some fine tuning, but perhaps it was an off-day.

Our experience at Lost Palm was great! Interesting small plates and cocktails. The service was great and our waitress was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The reason for the downgrade is the valet. The valet took 15-20 minutes there was one other person waiting for their car and no hotel check ins. The valet guys were watching the NCAA basketball tournament on an iPad they had rigged up.

The Treetop greenhouse was a the perfect setting for a double anniversary setting. I did worry about it being too cold to enjoy the food, but it was totally comfortable. I highly recommend it!

We came here to celebrate my birthday. Met Jon the chef in the elevator and he immediately got me a drink and a desert plate. Met the general manager and he was so nice. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Will be back.

The ambience was nice, it was very loud, and the service wasn't what my party of 10 expected. We were there to celebrate a bday and we NEVER got to order food. We were there approximately 2 hours and we never ordered food. Very poor service.

We were the only reservation, and were given the table by the restroom... not the city view... The restaurant was practically empty and reminded me of a Disney theme park. The waiters were in matching pink polos and khakis. Would not recommend. Overpriced for the amount of food you received.

The parking is an issue. The canopy over valet is too narrow so the passenger side get the weather ( ie rained on ) and for those that valet is a little pricey it would be nice to have less expensive option than $6 across the street. Other than that. The staff inside are lovely and helpful, The Lost Palm fun and the view, drinks and food were very good.

Nice scenery expensive small drinks usually tiki drinks are bigger than a few shots in a glass food was expensive for what we got we spent $60 for one alcoholic drink and one mocktail and 2 small plates.

My reaction to Lost Palm was listen to the reviews. The vibes and aesthetics of the bar were absolutely great there's no doubt about it. The decorations, lighting, table wear all of it is beautiful. I would recommend if you're into a vibey bar but outside the aesthetics I wouldn't be back. The food was good but nowhere near worth the price. The drinks were too sweet and priced at $15-$18 it's not what I was expecting. When we got there it was decently busy but quickly cleared out and yet the service was spotty. I looked up all the pricing up before hand so I knew what I would be paying for but expected it to be better quality and service. If this was in a bigger city with a more prominent bar scene I would understand the pricing but for Lexington it was a bit high. So if you're going for the looks and don't care about the prices then I would say go and experience it, but otherwise I would pass.

Where to start. First, parking is very limited. The lot across the street seems to change rates (it was a basketball night) and we were forced to pay 11 bucks for 12 hours (to visit a cocktail bar). The drinks themselves were more sugar water than booze (and at a NYC price point). The chicken lollipops, which we got comped, came out cold - turns out they just "warm it up" and don't actually make dishes to order. On top of it all, the music was ridiculous... the so-called DJ (at 8 pm!) was just blasting the Men in Black theme song for no apparent reason. And a cocktail napkin (we weren't given real ones for the food) disintegrated on me and stained my shirt black. Honestly, avoid the hassle and just go to Ona.
