My family and I have loved this place for a long time. We eat here often and have had a few issues over the years but it’s always been taken care of. Tonight we decided to get the 20” super pizza. Cheese and mushrooms as toppings. They said 20 mins after calling in and we were there in 15. Walk in and the young man at the register did not seem pleased to be at work. He hands me my pizza that cost $29+ and the box literally feels empty. I open it and the pizza is paper thin and has maybe a handful of mushrooms scattered around and its cold. Room temp at best. We have loved this pizza and ate here for years and have recommended it many times but if this is what my hard earned $30 gets from here now, you can say that’s the last of my money they will see. Sad day.

I used to love both locations in Lexington. However, the quality of service at this location (Clays Mill) has decreased significantly in the last couple of months. Their phone calls are never answered, and they don't attend to customers waiting for pick up. I went to pick up with it said it was "ready" online but was told that they don't have a part of my order yet. It took them 40 extra minutes.

The pizza is damn good. Upgrade your experience with cup and char pepperoni. We have been getting their pizza for a couple of years now, and it has always been good. It's not a sit and eat spot, which is fine with me. They can concentrate on the important stuff, good pizza.

Raise this place when visiting Lexington, Kentucky thinking it would be something like the mellow mushroom pizza chains we enjoy across the country. It was not. If you are going to try it, I recommend ordering your pizza with extra cheese.

First off, this is pick up and delivery only, so they are what they are and I gave them five stars for atmosphere. There is no indoor seating and I see no reason to penalize them for that.I like the taste of this pizza much better than Dominoes and better than City Pizza.I placed my order by phone, was answered quickly, the man answered my questions politely, and my order was ready on time. Facility was clean and open, and workers had appropriate dress.They are within 5 minutes of fayette mall.

Cheese sticks were awesome. Pizza was good too. What blew me away the most, was how clean their kitchen and prep area was. Absolutely spotless. Love to see stuff like that.

Pretty good place for a quick pizza. We stopped by this time particularly for the Brittany's Big Dill pizza, and it wasn't bad. Underwhelming. Tasted like a chicken bacon ranch pizza with a few pickle slices on top, which was still good, still ate the whole thing. I'm just a little disappointed that the Big Dill wasn't more covered in Dill. Side note: Dear Mad Mushroom, please change your "call waiting" music to anything other than one, repeated, 20 second, advertisement. Being on hold for 5 minutes, hearing the ad for Brittneys Big Dill repeated every 20 seconds made us almost choose another pizza restaurant.
