Went to the restaurant to eat and was very displeased with the service. The waiter, Elijah, was more interested in talking to his co workers than assisting us. We sat at the bar to eat because there was no hostess at the stand. He didn’t ask about drinks. He rang in the food and handed me my bill before we even got the food. When the food came out we had to wait 5 minutes for him to bring us our utensils. When we were finished we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for him to come out from the back where he was congregating with his coworkers. When a group of woman entered the bar area he rushed over to take their order and neglected us. All in all a very horrible experience.

By far the worst customer service. The server couldn't comprehend anything we were asking, and when he took us to the bar area the girl behind the bar had a attitude and asked him why is he seating us in her section, she obviously has no customer service skills. She stayed talking to her friends the whole time. I wouldn't recommend dining here.i don't even trust her to make me a fountain drink.

“Unlimited activities” on Monday. Except workers take and hour and half break in the areas that have activities. Then when you finally get to the activity, they ask if you’ve signed up. Which no one told us we had to. So .. some more waiting. Overall poor experience and over priced games. Won’t be back.

The lady Tay who works over activities is AWESOME. My 11yr old, 6yr old and I were on the gravity ropes when my youngest freaked out. She was so sweet she climbed up with he and offered to climb the ropes with him!!! Then my other son and I both got scared at the free fall part and she was encouraging and understanding. Best customer service ever!!

Me, my father and my 4 year old came there Saturday evening for the first time, we usually took my son to Chuck E. Cheese but they're really small and expensive for what little they have. So we wanted to try Main Event out and it was amazing. We ate in the restaurant inside and our server Danny was awesome, kept our drinks refilled, He knew about everything on the menu!! We loved the pizza he suggested. This is where we will come from now on!Kid-friendliness: My son loved the variety of games to play, I could tell he had way more fun there!

Great place to spend a few hours with family or some friends. Bowling, video games, food and alcohol. Had an issue with getting my game card to work but the employees were more than willing to get it fixed right away. Definitely coming back soon.
My husband and I had a date night here and had a great time out. We played games, drank a couple drinks and played pool. Then we decided to bring our kids with us the next time. We all had fun, they have a lot of options for prizes with your tokens.

A group and I went to have a good little dinner. Our waitress named Bre sat down the whole time, the manager walked by them multiple times with all the workers sitting at one table on their phones. She basically threw our straws at us way after she had brought us our drinks. I would never recommend anyone to come here to eat if you want a good service. Terrible! Service, The food was very Mid. There was only 3 tables here and we wait over a half an hr to even be recognized by them. Also if you want Queso DO NOT GET IT HERE! It was soup!
