Food was good but they gave me a Dr pepper I ordered a diet Dr pepper. I let them know before I drove away and they made me another Dr pepper instead of diet. By the time I realized that I had already left.

Worst McDonalds in all of Lexington, 3 times i’ve gone here just because its right next to my home and 3 times they mess up the order and the food isnt great. The kids that work there will be goofing off in the lobby with their friends and make you wait to put your order in, and you’ll be lucky to get your order correct the first time. Never coming back here again.

normally, I would give this location 5 stars, until my most recent visit 3 days ago. I originally ordered on the app and selected the option that I'd pick my food up in the drive thru. When I arrived the drive thru was backed up almost to the road and there wasn't many peple inside, so I decided to go inside and pick up my food. after waiting inside for my turn which took 11 minutes because nobody came to the register for almost 10 minutes, a 15 year old manager informed me I had to log back into the app unselect drive thru and select walk in.My phone had died and I didn't have my mobile charger. I seen one plugged in right behind the counter and ask if she would plug it in for a moment for me to change it and she said she wasn't allowed. Now, a lady had brought my food over in a bag with a sticker with my name on it. I offered to show my driver's license, yet that wouldn't do.. The drive thru was still backed up and my food was sitting there getting colder by the minute. I ask for a manager and sfter another 10 minutes he finally came up to talk to me and said if I showed my license that was good enough and handed me the bag of cold food that's been sitting there for about 15 minutes and I ask them to remake it because it was old and cold and he said no sorry I cant do that. almost 45 minutes to get my lunch. ridiculous....

I live nearby and have given this location SO many choices but they can’t seem to get it together. I’m not sure that I’ve ever had an order there that was completely accurate. Today I had a curbside order and after waiting 20 minutes I went inside and it was just sitting on the counter - clearly marked curbside. Never could get an employee to acknowledge me. Also my drink was wrong. Was supposed to be and was marked as Diet Coke but was regular.

I normally would not review a McDonalds. I got a Deluxe chicken sandwich that was really good. BUT, I specifically requested and paid for four barbecue sauces for grandbabies, chicken, nugget, happy meals, and none were included. Obviously this was in the drive-through.

I often stop at this mcdonalds on my way to or from work. No matter what time of day it is, I have to wait at least 10+ minutes for service and food-most of the time there are usually only 2 or 3 cars in line and no one in the lobby. 2/3 times my order is incorrect. They've got two or three employees there that are actually nice and care about getting it right. Management has GOT to do something about this location. I will not be returning to this location even though it is the most convenient location for myself. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location!

Says they open at 5 AM. Lights are on, but no one will answer the drive thru. I guess no one wants to work. I saw two others leave without food. I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru mic, only to be the 3rd to drive away empty handed.
