If I could give zero stars I would no one cares if you have been standing up front for 20 minutes they are all lazy oblivious to other individuals and acts like you are making them do their job or somethingWorst McDonald's experience ever. I don't know who owns that place but the people working there in the morning are so mean and scary and nasty towards the customers I'm scared to order the food light skin women acts like she has an attitude or something all I ask is for coffee and I told her my code ...... it's not how it works act like they don't want to be there all you do is complain I will go check it out over there (McDonald's Winchester road Lexington Kentucky)

5 for the food being fresh, 4 because it's a mctribe store and people don't have the option to apply online and the use Ecolab or looks like thry do. The store is clean safety wise, but the lobby with drinks could use some TLC, and I'm not sure what brixing system they use.

Worst experience I had since coming in to Lexington from Texas I door dashed a big breakfast and didn't receive my hot cakes i called the store and asked for a manger a lady gets on the phone and started out the conversation rude and disrespectful by saying just because you door dashed through McDonald's doesn't mean it came from us not knowing it tracks the door Dasher bringing the food then she proceeded to say well we can't do nothing but tell you call your door Dasher and tell them we didn't complete your order I asked her what her name was she said laronda but I'm sure she was lying because she was very getto and Im positive other people have had negative incouters with her she should be fired because I'm sure it won't be the last negative incouter she has with a customer I seen other reviews complaining about a manger there and I'm sure it was her how long do a franchise like this allows this type of behavior go on from a manger?
