First of all, I do consider the chef a friend...I know he was a great cook...but I was hesitant about the vegetarian food. My husband & I finally tried his vegetarian food and we must say we were impressed!! The two options we tried on a Sunday evening were the "Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger" and "BBQ Bacon Melt". Both were surprisingly delicious & flavorful. My husband especially enjoyed the BBQ Sauce. The "bacon" was thick. The bread for both sandwiches worked great with ingredients. I loved the toast on the melt. I was pleasantly surprised with the cheese as well. Menu was limited on a Sunday, would have liked to try some sides. We did get the Strawberry Lemonade Quencher-it was great and very refreshing! Definitely going to visit on days the larger menu is available. Really appreciated the online ordering option & curbside pickup. Support this business! It's legit! Plus the family associated, are great people!

This business is fantastic! The food is delicious and comes out fast. The owner and his family are super friendly and really care about the community. If you want good vegan food that is not a salad or anything else restaurants try to pass as the "vegan option" come eat at Not Your Ordinary Vegan. I've been vegan for nearly two years now and I can attest to the amazing quality food they produce. Stop reading the reviews and go try it!!!

My husband and I have tried vegan restaurants all across the country. We typically make our choice based on reviews. After paying $40+ for two small, inedible meals from "5 Star" restaurants on multiple occasions we decided to choose at random today. We found a winner! Thank you for serving satisfying comfort food for these weary travelers. We try to eat very clean but made an exception today. We indulged in the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Spicy Ranch Bacon Chicken Sandwich, Mac & Cheese and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. They were all delicious and reasonably priced. (The Texas Toast was a little greasy) So glad that we happened upon you. We will be back on our next trip south.

What superb vegan comfort food! Thankfully this restaurant is offering curbside pickup during the pandemic, and they are handling it extremely well. The signage for parking is easy to follow (great because following a map app brings you to a spot in the street next to a building where it's unclear where to go). Once you're in the parking lot, they have several signs scattered throughout the parking lot with easy-to-follow instructions on exactly how to place your order and what to do to receive it. Place your order online, text a vehicle description, and then someone will bring it to your car in to-go containers with utensil packets when it's ready. The person delivering it to vehicles was super nice and professional. I ordered avocado rolls, cauliflower wings, BBQ bacon burger, and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the avocado rolls for an appetizer; they were my favorite. Everything was awesome. I wish I could experience this place during normal operation, but even as a curbside pickup experience the food is amazing. Definitely recommend!

Simply amazing... definitely the most flavorful vegan food we’ve had in years and we do this! Me and my wife travel the U.S stopping at every vegan spot we can find and this one is the best. I couldn’t believe I was eating vegan food, I had to remember what the name of the restaurant was?.And great people, these folks know how to treat you.This is beautiful brown power couple. Very humble and they make their own hot sauce! It’s Lit??????????

The Chicken Bacon Ranch is the best vegan experience I've ever had.It's the creamiest smoothest vegan cheese I've ever tasted. Vegan meat can often be a little too firm, or too soft, or or too starchy, the vegan substitute here was perfect.Not only is this the best vegan food I've ever had, I'd rank it as one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. By a mile.Delicious and addictive.

Stopped by on a trip to Red River Gorge for takeout. We got a mushroom melt, bbq bacon cheeseburger, mac and cheese, and avocado rolls. It was all delicious! Curbside pickup instructions are clear and posted around the parking lot. They had our order ready for curbside pickup as soon as we pulled up before we even texted the line. We would definitely return and recommend it to veg or non veg friends!

This is a Vegan soul food spot. It's on the back of a church, but don't let it's modest location fool you. We had burgers there last week and today they catered thanksgiving. We picked up both curbside. Everything was a 10! Highly recommend for Vegans and carnivores alike. Wonderful service too. A real gem.
