Suddenly now during holidays a bakery cannot accommodate a custom order. Reading an order apparently is too much work now. Not everyone likes peppermint or lemon for the holidays. Super disappointing as this was our holiday tradition. Do

Just went in and was stared in the face by an older wrinklier lady (couldn’t see her name tag) at one register who was taking care of no one; I was NOT greeted and waited behind two women to order at the other register. An older white couple came in right after me and was greeted with quite literally the most extravagant welcome I’ve ever heard at a chain establishment. They were taken care of immediately as well. The young woman who took care of us was nice and efficient but I will never return nor will I recommend anyone I know (especially people who look like me) to patronize a business that has workers who clearly hold prejudices. I am no stranger to micro aggressions and no amount of corporate gaslighting will convince me that’s not what I experienced just minutes ago. I’m appalled.

The WORST customer service!!!!!!! Very rude and short, not friendly and welcoming at all and when you say something they are completely unapologetic about being rude! Great cake but that experience just put a BAD taste in my mouth!!!

Yesterday was the first time I had ever visited a Nothing Bundt Cakes. Allison was wonderful. She helped me choose several cakes, told me how the franchise began and told me to try a cake. The cake was delicious! Allison was extremely helpful and professional! I’ll make it a point to stop by to purchase cakes regularly. Thank you for the outstanding experience!
