Food is really good, the service is great and the people are friendly, what more could you ask for? Wish the buffet was every day and not only weekends..

Everything - phenomenal. I ordered the spring rolls, steamed rice, and the Sichuan Curry Chicken (bone-in). It was hot and had a wonderful fresh taste. The spices and the love that was made with it was refreshing. The service was great. Note, I got there very close to closing and the service was still cheerful. One more thing, the in house mustard was great enough to request a take home container.

Coming from the SF Bay Area, our family has missed Chinese food. Panda Cuisine is by far the most authentic Chinese food in the area, probably within 250 miles. Went for the weekend lunch buffet. Highlights were the salt and pepper shrimp, soy milk soup, pork belly, pigs ear, and intestines. Loved the choices of vegetables too (broccoli, egg plant, snow peas, choy). Wished we lived closer so we could have more often.

I had the pork ear and pepper mustard greens, both was nicely done, seasoned perfectly.I highly suggest Panda for somewhat more authentic Chinese dishes.

This place is amazing. We will drive up from Louisville as we do not have a quality Schezuan place here. Their weekend dim sum and authentic Chinese buffet is amazing. How many buffets can you go to that have "real dim sum" and pig ears readily available. My favorite dish is the Schezuan beef and tendon dish which is oh so very spicy and has a reasonable amount of tendon. Their Hot Pot stewed beef, beef tendon and beef brisket dish is also delicious and a great serving. As is their Pork Intestine hot pot. Are you starting to see a theme? We love the odd cuts of meat, especially if they are chewy. The spice may set your stomach on fire the next day, lol but it's so well worth it. Not going to lie, we will order food to go prior to leaving to take back to Louisville. If we are driving through Lexington, we will order to go to take with us. The service is very friendly, as is the owner who I've only spoken to once in hopes to talk him in to opening a location in Louisville. I failed..

I'm from Chicago, trust me, we know authentic Chinese. Don't go to this dump. Don't waste your time and money. Trust me, Kentucky is great with everything else but it doesn't know pizza and or Chinese food. Don't listen to the "5 star" reviews, they don't know what they're talking about.

I called the night before Thanksgiving to check to see if they'd open and they confirmed they would be . The lady who answered the phone was pleasant enough and before I hung up she said see you tomorrow! We got there a little after 12 and there was a wait of 15-20 minutes to be seated . It wasn't even that just as we took our coats off the hostess came and told us that we were going to be seated . There were plenty of tables in the dining area and our table was clean. I'm born and raised in Queens, New York &this restaurant reminded me of being back & going to China town seeing Asian families gathered together at a table eating . (It made me feel right at home ! ) The selection of the buffet was better than any other I've been to here in Lexington. They had dim sum which I absolutely love along with pot stickers , bao buns (different varieties). I have to say the red bean bao bun was really good so was the custard bao bun. The General Tso and the Kung Pao were my favorites along with the garlic green beans and baby bok choy. They also had a crazy large selection of shellfish . The dessert bar had mini cakes that were so good& as stuffed as I was I still managed to cram three of them down. Our server kept coming back to check to see if we needed more drinks and was very friendly . For the three of us it was 98.00 and definitely worth it . When you think of the amount of food they're pushing out on to that buffet the quality&quantity was definitely there . It was hot&fresh and everything I ate I definitely enjoyed. My friends said the same and we joked around about coming back for Christmas& every holiday after that lol.

This place is probably the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Lexington. The authentic dishes have a picture menu, which really helps with knowing what you'll get. Every dish I've had here has been amazing and rich with flavor. My go to starter dish is the cold cuts of spicy beef and beef tendon; note that it's seasoned with szechuan pepper, which gives a unique spice afterburn in the mouth. If you like szechuan peppers, I also recommend getting the spicy pepper crab dish which is dungeness crab flash fried and then stir fried in szechuan pepper oil, green onions, cilantro, and maybe some other seasonings and herbs I don't recall. The grandma's pork belly is also amazing with its savory brown sauce. The pork belly melts in your mouth with each bite. It's addicting. I was woofing all this food down with such satisfaction. I recommend white rice to go with these dishes, as white rice really let's the flavors of each dish stand out. The food came out decently quick as well. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for more authentic Chinese dishes.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and tasty food (good spice and flavor). This is coming from someone who has eaten a lot of chinese food and is picky with what’s “good”! We had the Panda Fish Delight, Pork Intestine Noodle Soup, Chilli Oil Eggplant, Salt & Pepper Fried Chicken, and the Cold Beef Tendons. Highly recommend this for spice lovers :)

Alot of people complain when they go to Panda Cuisine expecting your 'typical' Chinese affair; breaded chicken fried and served with a thick, gloopy, sugary sauce with a side of 'fried' rice with tiny peas and carrots and what not, greasy egg roll included. people may be expecting the same Americanized Chinese food that you can find anywhere, in any city, and they all somehow have the exact same menu, dont they? Well not here. While the general tso's and common items here are likely what you may expect, thats only cause thats what sells to people wanting a watered down Chinese food experience like we've all come to expect, and I get that. BUT LET ME SET YOU STRAIGHT; these cats have THE BEST authentic Szechuan. REAL CHINESE FOOD (realest I've ever had). Not the hum-drum I've already described. Amazing flavors you've never even imagined. There may be a couple caveats, even for the adventurous diner, like bones for example; I've eaten here many times and some of the dishes have cuts of chicken with big ol' bones sticking out of it, some people may think they are getting ripped off, or served scrap meats, when in reality this is a traditional preparation and serving of the dish. If you are wanting super-typical Chinese, Id still say go here, cause they do that a little better than your average Chinese joint anyway. BUT, if you are adventurous and want to try some really neat stuff, DEFINATLY give this a try. I personally recommend the Sichuan stir-fry fish (spicy) and the Chongqing hot-pepper chicken (also spicy) (served with bones, and delicious with bones, just dont eat the bones, duh)

We always make sure to stop here when we are in town! The Buffet on the weekends is the best! Their Szechwan Wonton soup is so good- we can never find anything like it anywhere else! General tso's is always delicious, and there are so many options in the buffet!
