Update 2/15/24. Amazing rip off again. Ordered extra sauce. 3 inches from edge,, absolutely no sauce,, no toppings.. please owners do better.. Amazing. Spoke to a guy in India. Damn accent so strong, could not understand a damn word he was trying to say. Got so frustrated, just hung up.

I ordered on the app. I paid extra for their zesty sauce and pepperonchinis. Usually their pizza comes with one pepperonchini and garlic sauce. I got no sauce (not even the one I paid extra for)and only one pepperonchini. The app doesn't really have a way to easily report any issues. They are already a pretty pricey pizza place. Disappointed I spent extra and ended up with less.

So appreciate manager Amanda’s great service. A bizarre glitch in the app caused our pizza to be delivered from this location (we never order from this location) to another Papa John’s (who would do that?). Delivery driver actually took a photo of our pizza boxes sitting on the curb in front of the other store. Amanda very helpfully made it right and sent a new delivery, even though the app error was not her fault.

Every time I ask for light sauce on the pizza what I always get is a pizza drenched in sauce, how hard is it to make a cheese pizza with light sauce! So ridiculous, will never order from this location again, they do not care about your order or pay attention to detail. Spending a good amount of money just to have to throw away food.

30min wait for breadsticks is so silly. Just have some ready for the public at primetimes. Wings at pizzahut was a 7 minute wait by comparison.

Very friendly staff! The night manager is awesome and he deserves a raise and a big thank you for his work and dedication to this store. This is the only papa John's that we will go to because of the great service.
