I order regularly from Papa Johns and understand sometimes mistakes happen. I called to let the store manager know that our pizza pick up order wasn’t right/cooked properly. He acted like he didn’t want to improve his stores quality and wasn’t accommodating in any way. I didn’t even ask for a refund or any discount. Rude customer service from management and staff.

9-9-23 6:45pm As I'm waiting for my pizza to be cooked , I watch a young man with long braids in his hair flipping the dough around and numerous times his braids are touching the dough!! I had to throw my Pizza Away because I could not eat it without thinking about it...I cannot believe this is ok by the health dept and I guarantee it is going to be the last time I order pizza from this location!

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They don't care about their customers. My entire pizza was missing from order and I was talked down to and promised a refund by 2 "managers". I never saw a dime. Disgraceful.

They have really good pizza deals but sometimes they don’t take a Lotta effort making the pizza and don’t put the cheese all the way to the edge sometimes they don’t cook it all the way or they overcook it they have a good dessert as long as they don’t overcook them

We always get carryout, and I use the pizza tracker on the website, so it’s pretty accurate about when the pizza will be ready. We’ve had occasional minor issues, like forgetting a sauce, but overall it’s been a positive experience. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It’s what you would expect of a Papa John’s. I’m in the rewards club, so about every other time we order, we get free items, and it’s fun to try their new gimmicks.

Ordered food from the Palomar location in Lexington KY. No phone call or anything to let me know they had no drivers until I called AN HOUR later asking about my order. Papa John's has gone down hill and should be shut down. Terrible service, terrible communication, terrible food

DO NOT order online. It almost always goes to DoorDash and even after they completed the order on papa johns side it showed cancelled and had to call and wait 40 more minutes

Ordered online directly to avoid doordash expenses. It was a fifty dollar order that was routed through doordash anyways. They forgot the 2 liter, so I had to go to the store to get it myself as otherwise I was given an estimate of an hour and a half wait. They didn't cut the pizza. The pizza itself appeared to be made with aggression in mind. It was just messy looking and gross. Oversaturated with some type of pepper. Never again. Most of the papa John stores in this area are bad, except for the one on Bryan station.
