This place is amazing, the moment I walked in, the first person I interacted with told a joke and it happened to be the owner of the restaurant! My wife and I sat outside and the food was delicious, my wife ordered the chicken fajita nachos & I ordered the pastor tacos. I grew up in Socal and the food is easily comparable, we will definitely be back!

Can't review because I can't get seated. I've walked in three different times after getting my nails done next door. The staff, including the bartender, would not acknowledge me although they clearly saw me. I'm one person not a big group. Perhaps they don't want a single person. Each time there have been empty tables and booths. Perhaps the next restaurant in this location will serve everyone. Very disappointing and likely discriminatory.

My family and my favorite Mexican restaurant in town by far. Almost always get great service from the very friendly employees. Salsa and chips are excellent and so is the queso to start. Probably several other excellent starters as well, but that is our families go to. The margaritas are very good as well, but a touch pricey. I was noticing that sometimes my food wasn't coming out to as hot temperature wise as I would have liked it so I request it be hot and every single time since l have requested this they have done an awesome job in accommodating this request. Marcos the owner is very present at this location and is super nice to all the guests. Great employees and great ownership leads to great guest experiences and Papi's proves this. Highly recommend!

I hate to leave a bad review but I feel like others need to know how nasty the fajitas are. I'm boring and get fajitas at pretty much every Mexican restaurant. I've never had any like this before. It was basically onions and peppers with a grilled rubbery chicken breast cut up on top. It was disgusting. Idk if it's only their take out fajitas that are this nasty but I won't be back.

We decided to pop in because we were starving and so glad we did. We both had the burritos one soft and the grande both were very good. Had the elote it was also very good. salsa and queso were also on point - we both don't like the heat but love the flavor and this place met that for us. The service was top notch - not sure why this place doesn't have btr reviews. If you're in the area you need to give them a try!!
