Was seated right away, beyond that my family ceased to exist. We waited patiently for about 15 mins without ever being approached by staff before we left. They appeard to be short staffed, as alot of tables were dirty and unbussed, despite being relatively empty. Gave un concerns on what quality of food we may receive. This was our very first time ever visiting PF Changs. Probably our last for this location. Especially since we live in Berea

Stood waiting to be sat at a table for 2 for 10 minutes there was no hostess in sight. Went to the bar and asked if there was a hostess that could seat us. She left for the kitchen and didn’t come out after another 10 minutes. So after standing there waiting 20 minutes for anybody to be around, we left. We arrived over an hour before they closed.

Jeremy took amazing care of us on our anniversary. Another restaurant booked us on a night they weren’t even open so we came here already disappointed. But Jeremy was kind, warm, and had us laughing by the time we left. P.F Chang’s is lucky to have such an awesome server. Thank you for a perfect anniversary experience, Jeremy!
