I order pizza from Richmond Road at least about once a month and they're the most consistent pizza place in town the food is always good the service varies a little bit but most of the time it's excellent service I would recommend this location to

At 3094 Richmond road Lexington, ky a woman worker was extremely rude! She locked door, came out screaming I couldn't park in front of the store, I moved for her to a parking spot and she proceeded to allow another person who was not handicapped park in the handy capped spot. When I complained that he was parked illegally while I was never illegally parked she tried to tell me that it's not a handicapped spot after a certain time then started yelling profanity. Which I ofcourse as a customer am not obligated to be professional. As she should be. Will not be back to a pizza hut period. She needs to be dealt with by corporate. Shout out to Pizza Hut on Richmond rd! A literal ROACH on the bottom of our pizza… we call the store bc obviously were not going to let our children eat a pizza with a roach on it and the MANAGER tells us that the roach came from our house bc it “definitely didn’t come from her store!” This conversation went on for probably 5 minutes of her calling us liars (we can afford pizza… we’re not trying to scam Pizza Hut ?) and I finally said I was going to post a picture of it on social media and her response was “well if you’re going to do that then we’re definitely not going to make it right for you!” Pizza Hut- WHERE DO YOU HIRE YOUR MANAGERS?! The bar must be in hell!

Delivery order. Food was left on the floor outside of my apartment door. Box seemed to have been tampered with by driver. Tape placed on box had been opened. The driver was not a 3 rd party driver and manager began to make excuses before even hearing my concerns while being argumentative and aggressive over the phone. When I asked for her supervisor she instructed me to hold on then hung up the phone. When I tried called back she pretended to be someone else. When I told her that I knew it was her she hung the phone up the phone while hollering at me.
Came to enjoy the lunch buffet only to find this location closed.

I have ordered a pizza twice recently with this evening being the second time from this location and both times I have requested extra sauce due to several toppings and extra cheese on the pizza. Once again, I get the pizza and it is dry as cotton with minimal sauce under the toppings. When I picked up, I expressed my concerns about the issue and was told that it had been checked and was correct. Now, I don’t know about anyone else, but if you specifically mark extra sauce shouldn’t you be able to tell the difference?? When I called I was then told the size and measurements of their utensils and that I should select extra extra sauce which isn’t even an option when ordering online. I suppose I will order from another place from here on out. Frustrated because it isn’t rocket science to add EXTRA sauce.

Horrible service from the Richmond Rd. Pizza Hut and the manager Susan/Suzane. They sent out the wrong order that was scheduled as just a 30 minute wait. When I called to inform them of their mistake. I was told it would be a two hour wait. When I stated this was unacceptable guest service she asked me did I want her to push the other pizzas through the oven and give the other guests raw pizza just to take care of me. She also refused to give me contact information for an area supervisor. Seems like its not that hard to out Pizza the Hut after all!
