My delivery order was surprisingly great. The driver was fast and professional with actually following instructions on how to get to my apartment which most don't. The pizza felt like it was still out of the oven hot. Tasted amazing.
I used to LOVE Pizza Hut, and was going to order one from the closest one to me. But after reading the reviews on this store, I decided that many people can’t be wrong. There are other Pizza Places in town with much better reviews. Too bad.

I had a very good experience at this restaurant yesterday. The staff were very nice. It was one of the better pizzas I have gotten from this location. The person helping me had me verify that everything was correct and that my extra sauces were included, which it was.

The amount of poor reviews should be enough to defer you. There enough competition in the town to avoid here at all costs

Pizza arrived 2 hrs late. Was told that they attempted but no one answered, so they canceled my order. Was by the door in my office, no one knocked. After remaking my Pizza. The same delivery driver from what I could tell in the messages had to ask for directions to get to my apartment. Not sure how you can knock if you don't know there the place even is.

One star is generous. I don't expect much from the artist formerly known as Pizza Hut, but it's close and fairly cheap in a pinch. However, after the third time I have ordered and either had to send out a search party for my za, or had to cancel altogether, I'm done. Perhaps they should spend less on Daryl from the Office and more on their franchise stores. I ordered for delivery, and after it being 20 minutes past the time, I called. The feckless manager said I ordered for carryout. However he couldn't answer as to why I was prompted to tip, which I did, for carryout. So he put me on hold, but since I live close I drove on up to see the shit show in person. After discussing with the "manager" he took the tip off. So i can just pick up my pizza and wings, right? Might be a little cold but it's Pizza Hut, not Jeff Ruby's. He put the pizza on the counter, but no wings. No lie, he looked in the same heat case three times hoping wings would magically appear. No magic, so he said "I"m gonna have to drop the wings." I politely declined and cancelled the entire order. Anyone else remember when Pizza Hut was an actual sit down restaurant where you would take a date, play Pac Man, and drink from those dope red plastic cups? My how the mighty have fallen. This chain needs to fade into legend and go away before they ruin any more of my childhood memories.
