I was in town just visiting and had pizza craving, but I was looking for a spot that had vegan / plant-based options. Puccini’s was the spot! I was ordering through Grubhub and had a question I called in and the guy on the phone helped me out. I had the Humble Pie, substituted for vegan cheese, and added vegan sausage. Oh em gee; it was soooo delicious; I’m back in my home state wishing I could have some Puccini’s! Went in to pick up an order. Stood at the counter for about 8 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Finally, I ask about my order and the scraggly haired guy turned around and said, 'we see you.' So I told him the least they can do is acknowledge when someone was there. He got mad and told me to leave that I wasn't getting the food. I will never return for such disrespectful treatment.

I always come to this place because food is usually good. However, this time I get called out along with my co workers saying they did not tip enough as “Dottie” wanted more than 20% tips for average service. And walked up to our table questioning why it wasn’t enough. This company has made me feel as if my money is no longer good at this place.

We had an awesome experience here today. The food and service was incredible, they even filled up our dressing cups without asking. It was pretty empty so maybe that’s why as I saw other reviews with different issues. But it was great for a sat afternoon!

My wife and I have been fans of Puccini's for a long time, but no more. We ordered on there web page for a delivery order that was to be delivered by Doordash. When the order arrived we found that 4 items were missing. I called Puccini's and was told that they would prepare them, but I would need to come get the order. I said that if I wanted to come get the order I would not have ordered delivery. I was told that there was nothing else they could do. I asked to speak to a manager; resolution was not offered at all. He told me to call Doordash that it was their fault. I am sure that the Doordasher did not pack the bag, especially the meatballs missing from the spaghetti. I also do not believe that they forgot the 2 orders of bread or the spinach dip. I called Doordash and after about 8 minutes they told me that they were going to call in the re-order and get it to us, but Puccini's told them that they were no longer taking orders for the night; IT WAS 7:15!!!! They refunded us the cost of the missed items. Even though, one would say that we should be ok with a refund, but no, we wanted our order made correct. My wife called back to Puccini's and asked to speak to the manager. She asked what they can do to make the situation right, since it was their fault, not Doordash's fault. In the most condescending manner he pretty much he told her that he was not going to do anything. The correct resolution would have been for the manager to remake the order, place it with Doordash to deliver it and pay for the delivery fee. We will not be back

I went to their website and ordered online. When our food arrived it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I called them and they told me that I would have to take it up with door dash if I wanted a refund. I asked them if they could at least make it right and send over a cooked pizza and they told me to take it up with door dash. I told them I didn't go to door dash to order this I went to your website and they told me there was nothing they could do. Worst customer service I have come across in a very long time. This was my first and last experience with them. Do not recommend!

The waiter was very nice did his job well. I ordered their chicken parmesan it was the worse chicken parmesan I ever had the chicken was from frozen chicken tasted awfull and there was no cheese on that dish very dry dish with little sauce. My son ordered the shrimp dish with creamy sauce and his was good.

I went yesterday, a group of 4, my pasta was under cooked, my chicken was still hot pink! Also the alfredo sauce tasted like water! I told the waiter we loved the Boston rd location, and we ordered the same thing as we liked before from the other location and didn't understand what happened, I ordered something else,(pizza) and that was... decent, I got the bill, the raw chicken pasta wasn't even taken off! And I litterally only ate one bite and sent the whole plate back! There was only a $5 discount! Also the other pasta dish, almost no sauce and very bland! Spicy vodka? No, it had no taste! Idk what happened, but I won't be back, it's Boston road location, or.... just no thanks, I spent over $60, smh, fazolis would have been better
