Went thru yesterday. Food was amazing. Service was great. The AI creeped me out and it asked me a ton of questions, which was a bit frustrating. But the actual human i dealt with was super nice. Whenever i make it to town, i always stop by Tates Creek for my favorite lunch time snack!!

First time I've used the automated order taker in the drive through. Some miscommunication on the first attempt but got corrected on the second. Great fries. Friendly attendant at the pick up window.

The drive thru is not truck friendly unless you use the inside lane even then it's a tight fit.Hate the automated system when ordering so I always ask for a team member and that automated system says will that be a medium ? Um no I said team member.I ordered a burger with cheese. The burger was cold, the cheese was cold. If I wanted a cold lunch I could have gone to subway or Jimmy John's. I was already back on tates creek when I grabbed my burger and didn't have time to turn around as I was on my lunch break.The fries tasted stale and from yesterday and reheated in a microwave

the food is fine and most of the people are really nice. however, the AI speaker is always terrible, it's slow and rarely gets the orders correct. it's also just weird. also, I can't go to this location at night anymore because of a specific employee. i understand he might have just been trying to be nice but don't be creepy and hit on me while I'm just trying to get my food.
Definitely needs more employees. 20 ppl trying to order and 1 person doing 2 drive throws and 2 walk up windows plus making drinks and bagging food and 1 person making food.. if they had maybe 2-3 more employees everything would run smoothly and much faster but 1 would definitely

Everything here was good. The burger was fresh and tasted juicy. Fries were as good as they can get and hot. The only drawback to my experience at this Rally's was being greeted on the drive-thru speaker by an AI-bot. It was a little weird.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps for wheel-chairs going up to the service window in front.

Stopped by the Rally's on Bardstown Road and Goldsmith Labe to request replacements for two Rally burgers with cheese and one double cheeseburger, none of which had cheese on them when I got the order home. Fries were as ordered. I asked to speak with the manager and he was waiting for me when I got to the window. He asked to see the sandwiches. I told him I didn't have the sandwiches. He said, "What did you do with them, throw them away?" I responded, "No. We put our own cheese on them and ate them."He only offered to replace the two Rally burgers with cheese and refused to replace the double cheese. Since I could not get the "wrong" part of my order replaced, I took the receipt and came on home, deciding I would just file a quick review of this quick in and out place that will no longer enjoy my business. I hope the Jack in the Box next door to this Rally's opens soon!

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The employee at the window had a bad attitude and he was rude! The fries were cold. If this were the first negative experience I had at thos particular Rallys, I wouldn't put a bD review on here. However, this is like the 4th time I've been here and the employees are always unpleasant and rude!
