The way I was treated was just horrible by management no less. Need some extra training in this restaurant. That’s not how you treat customers!! Especially when they had to wait 20 extra minutes.

I can't go to Red Lobster without getting the perfect meal... The Original Ultimate feast. I pride myself on knowing good seafood as I was brought up on it, plus worked at the Red Lobster in Richmond for 4 years during college in early 2000's. Everything was perfect when it came to the food and our server Arthur was on his game too. Was a deliciously fabulous time.
Cheddar baby biscuits are the best thing ever and their endless shrimp deal this past Lenten season has been amazingly delicious ?

Haven't been here in forever and happened to grab dinner while my kiddo was at a b day party across the street. I forgot how good it is. Good service, food was fresh and delicious. Building is a bit dated but my wife and I had dinner, and she a cocktail for less than $70. Pretty solid.

I’ve never been a huge fan of the red lobster atmosphere, call me weird. But that is more tha . Offset by the food they serve. And our server whose name I forgot to get before writing this was awesome and attentive. Ate here for a work conference and was not disappointed. The cheesecake was absolutely amazing, so flavorful! Will be back!
