Food used to be way better, this time there was so much empty space on the sandwich where in The past chicken would be falling out.Service was practically slow, no refills, mixing tables up trying to drop off a check before we ever got food, then hard to get our check when we had ate. It still has potential but I won't be picking to go back anytime soon

Good variety, good prices, and fast service. Have some Dumpster Tots. The Red Rooster salad is good, too. Plenty of free parking. Lots of seating, with tables inside and outside. The best place in town to watch sports on tv. Every game imaginable is on.

My best friend and I came in to Roosters to eat Wednesday afternoon for a late girl's lunch and absolutely had the best service!!! I believe her name was Natasha!!! I would like to compliment her adaptable personality and she made our experience all the more enjoyable!!! I do hope I have her name correct. She had blonde hair and was very sweet and made sure our drinks didn't run out and we were shocked at how fast the food came out! We didn't feel rushed and I know it was close to shift change so 5 stars to her and Roosters for making our experience wonderful!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

I've lived here for over 8 years now and Roosters has always been a favorite or mine. Well, today was a different story. We frequent here about twice a month. And over the past few months we've noticed our food not as good and service was going downhill. Today my wife and I ate here for dinner and she got the roosters nest. I got the traditional wings with hot and gold mixed. Both mine and my wife's wings barely had any sauce on them. We know how they usually looked because we eat here a lot. So when we told the waiter they didn't have much sauce, he said yes they do, the breading has just soaked all up. You look at the pics and tell me for yourself if the breading has soaked it up. Then he wouldn't come back to our table to ask if we needed anything else or bring our check. We waited about 15 minutes to finally get the check. I really love this place. I hate to complain about my food anytime. I dont know what happened to the customer is always right. Well Roosters, you used to be better!!!

This location is just like the others! We have eaten at 3 locations and they all worry more about the bar area than the family areas! Even see servers cutting up with people at the bar, to the point we had to explain to our grandson why the woman grabbed another woman's breast at the bar and all the cussing and inappropriate conversations! The food was mediocre at best! The burger was greasy and over cooked as well as the wings! They too were dry and no amount of sauce was going to help them! The pizza was cool and took forever to get, and the other chicken strips were at least hot but not great. The place is a typical bbq joint look alike! TV's all over and especially at the bar! Ambiance is loud too much drinking especially since we were there early (445 pm) and all the people in uniforms after work already had had too much! The women that were being rude should not have been served anymore and told with children in the area (not at the bar but close by! And not just mine!) UPDATE! I want to give this more but we have not been back in a while, I held this review wanting it to be better if I went back, but we walked in because our teens wanted to go but turned around and left after we saw the same bar crowd acting up before we were seated so we left..... gonna be hard to get us back because of the bar crowd and the fact that we eat with our grand kids at places that have chicken/Mac and cheese..... sooty guys fix some of this!!!

Each menu item is a LOT of food! It was delicious. I would have liked to have had a dipping sauce for chicken fingers, that wasn't necessarily for wings.
