I love this place so much, it has almost every thing, the service is amazing and the employees are so kind, and sweet. this store is huge but it is still easy to get though, the prices are so cheap you can't get better prices at 5 below! but my favorite part was the frozen yogurt me and my son loved it, it was so creamy and I wasn't expecting that from a grocery store, but anyway this store is amazing 10/10 Highy recomend.

Very busy location. Some good deals, and some not so good.Some snack boxes were good price - some are much cheaper at the Dollar General.I couldn't find the canned vegetables. Maybe they don't carry very many. I found the canned tomato sauce, tho.I'm not much of a fan of Reiter Walmart or Sam's club, but it is convenient.

Sam’s Club, you have to do something about communication with your store. I called and got transferred to your tire battery headquarters, they ordered tires for me and then also set me up with a an appointment on a certain day and time. Next thing I know I’m getting phone call after phone call from the tire battery shop they’re at Lexington Sam’s Club telling me they need to set me up with an appointment for my tires. So I tried to call to verify with them that yes it’s already been made for a certain day and time, and I get transferred and disconnected after three or four rings. So hopefully the tire battery headquarters is talking to the store, because if I show up at my supposed reserve time after leaving work, I don’t know if I’ll be buying tires ever again at Sam’s Club.

The only reason why I'm only giving 3 stars is because of the stocking situation! I've got an idea store Mgr! Why not have stock crews stock before the store is open? To think that customers could navigate through the aisles without worrying about pallets being in the way, would be an idea. Kinda like it use to be before workers became lazy. I have to say Walmart on Starshoot pkwy is finally getting all the stock on their shelves before the door opens. Bryan station Krogers is a hot mess. Publix is coming to Lexington soon. And if anyone thinks they'll have these issues has never been in their stores. Their stores are spotless of debris, including pallets and stock crews. Gotta love franchise competition!

Holiday weekend and only cashier open and he is too young to ring up my beer!! Can't use the self service because it only takes credit and debit cards and I only had cash and so do the 20 people behind me in line.

One of the worst Sams Club I've been to. The bakery is a disaster and wasn't very helpful. I ordered a cake for the next day and am getting in my car for them to call me saying to go somewhere else because they're canceling my order due to already having too many orders for that day when they had already taken my order and confirmed it. Talked to the manager Bill and he was saying there's nothing he could do which is complete bs. Obviously not a place I will be returning and not very customer service friendly.
Of the two local Sam's, this one is probably the more accessible location, but also an annoying shopping center that's not the easiest to turn into and out of. I find the gas station usually has a line, and the store itself is pretty big but didn't have a ton of things I actually wanted. The other big shopping clubs seem to have a bit more in terms of healthier food (whole grains, nuts and beans, vegetables). Not to mention, I couldn't even find a mouthwash with alcohol here, which is hard to believe. I've got my club membership for gas, but it isn't saving me a ton of money and I don't find much other value in it.

I love Sam's club, I've been a business member for over 10 years. With the business membership you can shop a couple hours before everyone else - which is a live saver!! I also use the scan and go and skip the line most of the time.

3rd time returned Visio tvNo audio outWas first told I would be refunded original purchase price Less $30 cost of square trade warrantyWhich they would not refund or be able to transfer to a replacement tvI rejected this as unfairMgr then informed me Sams could not help me at all My only recourse was Square tradeBenning on phone on hold mostly all day till past bedtime no joy End of story was told to monitor malfunctions and call again every time it malfunctions I remain frustrated
