Workers seemed like they didn't want to help. Extremely rude and quick to get us away. Food looked as if it had been sitting a long time. Told us a whole pie would take over 20 mins though there were no other customers. Refused to allow old pizza slices to be rang up as whole pie. Literally watched as they would look and stare at potential customers, hoping they'd walk away instead of ordering.. Will definitely not be back ...over priced for old food and poor service!!!

We needed a small bite before heading back to Louisville. Pizza by the slice was perfect. They slid it back into the oven to heat it up. I also added two breadsticks and a drink for a combo. Quick, friendly service and plenty of seating at the mall. You'll find them located in the main food court.

Nia, rude. She should not be working a service job. She replaced someone who also didn't want to be there. Nobody was waiting on anyone for food and there was a line wrapped around with people trying to order. I was trying to be compassionate since it was busy but they were just over the top rude. The manager should handle this. Unacceptable.

Ordered a pepperoni stromboli and a drink. I paid and tipped. The lady that was heating it up had it held by the end of the bag and slapped in on the counter like a sack of potatoes. I thought that was rude. Sat down to eat and it was cold in the middle. Probably won't be back.

Slow slow slow. And no clear direction on where to get in line at. Went to register because that's where you normally order. Was told no, so had go back and get in line after 5 customers came in behind me.
I went to this location around 2:00 pm today. Not only does the rating of a 90 from the health dept turn me away, but the attitude of the female cashier. She was so rude, and annoyed that I didn’t hear how she said to insert my card into the card reader. She literally rolled her eyes and put her head in her hands, as if I was so d*** she was at a complete loss. This is completely unacceptable and had I not had my child with me at the time, I would have personally addressed it. With the help of the Lord, I am able to refrain from engaging. I realize this place is probably about to go out of business, but I want to further erase any doubt as to what the issue is. It’s your dirty establishment and unprofessional rude employees.Don’t ask me to fill out a comment card on the sbarro website - I did before coming here to leave this review. Just wanted to make sure it was publicly known how terrible it is.

I ordered a piece of cheese pizza, not a piece of bread with tomato sauce. What I did get was absolutely the worse thing I have put in my mouth, in a long time. One bite, threw it away. A waste of my time & money

I ordered a slice of cheese pizza & got mostly bread with tomato paste on it. As if that's not bad enough, that bite of pizza was the worse thing I've put in my mouth in a long time. I threw it away. So, it was a waste of my time & money. On top of that, I now had no lunch. Never again will I eat there.

The lady that works here is extremely rude. The lady asked me what PIZZA I wanted and I told her one slice of pepperoni. The line started moving up so I moved up a little and she was busy doing other stuff so I thought maybe when I get closer to the other employee is when I ask for the spaghetti. I get up to the spaghetti and ask for some and they told me I should have asked up there so I said sorry I had no idea where to ask for it. So she starts ringing me up and I said so I can't get the spaghetti. She said no you have to get back in line to get other stuff. I find this really strange cause I have eaten here before and the other employees were very kind and they walked up to the salad/pasta area and asked me if I wanted a side.

The lime margaritas was amazing the corn with the mayo & cheese is absolutely amazing. I was shocked how good it was.i went back the next week just to get 3 more all the way from Richmond, and I will definitely be back again
