I've seen this place in Greyline Station/ Julietta Market for quite a while, just hadn't been (surprised its not on yelp). Soul Feast week in Lexington was a good reason to finally go - $10 for chicken and waffles. Red velvet waffles with cream cheese was good. The deep fried chicken wings had some good pepper and seasoning in the batter, and they gave me some hot sauce to dip them in too. Some strawberry slices were a nice touch. Shrimp and catfish were great. DO NOT get the crab fries. The topping was not crab for sure, probably crab stick or fish starch, but definitely not crab.
