usually great but went the other night didn't know If you were open because of the weather. But we saw a lady in there making drinks. She saw us at the drive through but didn't say nothing or do anything. We waited about five minutes and left.

Usually my experience is spectacular. I am there daily Mon -fri for my coffee. However when arriving today, pouring down rain and typical long line , waited my turn just for nobody to come on the speaker and take our order. So I assumed it wasn't working after several attempts to get someone's attention. So I followed the line to the window and some man working the window met me with a very rude attitude when I told him what had happened. He acted like I was lying. Rudely took our order, got it wrong And proudly gave it to me knowing it was wrong. Like I said I've never had a bad experience but this wasn't okay. Whoever the dude in the Starbucks blazer is at the Starbucks on Richmond Rd, should be doing stock not engaging with the customers.

This is the third (and last) time I will order here if I have ANY expectation of getting the order (1-2 coffees, not a huge order) in as reasonable time.... This time it has been 30 minutes since the order was put in.....sigh... this used to be the best coffee store in town... headed elsewhere next time!

For the most part, I love this Starbucks. Everyone here is always so friendly and seem to live their job. The coffee is good, although occasionally tastes burnt. The food is usually good too. I only have two complaints.Occasionally the coffee cups are not full. I can't understand how that happens. I understand leaving room for whipped cream, but I mean sometimes they're only just over half full. I want what I pay for, especially since they never seem to have the small size anymore.The other problem is the parking lot. That might be something they can't help. But, I really wish something could get done about people blocking the drive thru. Just a stop sign like Chick-fil-A has would be great.
