My entire order was messed up. The grilled cheese turned into two things of bread stuck together (it's just taking it out the package and heating it up), the bagel was just warmed, and my Carmel and vanilla macchiato with sweet foam was plain milk. When I asked for it to be fixed, I was told to "drink it down" so they didn't have to remake it. I work at a very similar job to theirs, so it was no point to make a giant scene about it.It's overall a sweet place to study and get schoolwork done, but I don't think I'd order from there again.

Employees are always super unfriendly and drinks are constantly made incorrectly. Today I placed a mobile order for an iced coffee with milk. The default standard milk is 2%, they handed me a black coffee and then proceeded to blame me "for not selecting a milk choice". When I reviewed my order it was supposed to include the standard 2% milk. I've given this Starbucks so many tries but after waiting 25 mins on a drink, given the wrong one and then getting blamed; I'm done.

2 inch cockroaches are just walking around, I saw one clime up the booth I was in so moved across the room into an open table where not even a minute later saw another huge one at the base of the chair next to me. Can a billion dollar university not afford basic pest control?

I have ordered Starbucks through grub hub robot delivery a few times and I keep having issues. One time my drink had spilled in the carrier and had even made its way onto my sandwich making it soggy. Another time I ordered Starbucks via the robot at 8:00 and when it still hadn’t arrived at 9:00am I called the store. The person on the phone said she would check on it. I finally received a notification that it was on the way. I went down about 9:25 and opened the robot but it was empty. I called customer service and they gave me a refund and a credit.

They don't know how to make really basic menu items. @Every shift at this Starbucks please make sure baristas you put on register know the menu and the ones you put on bar know how to make the drinks on the menu PLEASE. I tried to order a blended strawberry lemonade, first of all the girl at the register didn't know what it was and tried to ring me up for a refresher and charge me like 7 dollars for one of the cheapest drinks on the menu. When i explained to her what was in it she gave me a blank stare and told me to scan my card. I LITERALLY EXPLAINED THE RECIPE TO HER AND THAT IT WAS DIFFERENT ITEM AND I JUST GOT AN EYEROLL?. I mobile ordered it so it would be right and then they literally made it incorrectly! They made it with strawberry açai base instead of puree. Like plz get it together. ??‍♂️Honestly just really disappointing because I have had some good experiences here in the past.Vegetarian options: The egg bites, impossible Sandwich, and all the drinks.

Simply a travesty. I have low expectations for most Starbucks stores at this point. Over the past few years, both their quality of beverage and customer service has gone downhill. This Starbucks leads the way in both of these declining categories. Not only is the service at this location incredibly slow, but they frequently charge you the wrong amount. I've paid upwards of $6 for a small cup of black coffee before, while also paying only $3.50 for a venti Frappuccino. Simply put, the staff doesn't know what they are doing. I'd give them a pass since they are fellow college students, however, they are typically very rude as well. I've had several unpleasant experiences ordering coffee here, and they also lock the doors 3 hours before they close (so they don't have to do their job)... As a cherry on top, the coffee is terrible. Order whatever you want, it doesn't matter... They will mess it up... It's a shame there are no other places to spend Flex than this seemingly knock-off Starbucks.

This Starbucks is poorly managed. My last two experiences have been shockingly unpleasant.In the fall, I ordered a salted Carmel mocha and was given a latte without the syrup, after waiting 15 minutes. I asked to have the toppings put on and they only added salt (just salt on a mocha. No whip or caramel). I asked for a coupon (which is usually just offered) and they gave me a refund all in quarters, but never offered to make my drink right.Just now, I waited in line for 15 -20 minutes and got to the front to find out they can’t take Starbucks cards right now. A sign would have saved me a lot of time.
