Sandwich was not made properly at all hardly any toppings. Missing several toppings and way overpriced for what was given to me. This subway absolutely sucks will never return this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order.

The gentleman who made my sandwich was incredibly polite, fast, and efficient.He took great care to make my sub neatly, and he didn't just hastily slop it together like most others do.This will be my go-to Subway from now on.

This location does not want to honor coupons. The very nice man behind the counter explained that the owner of the store made the rule to not take the coupons on its face value. I will not go to this subway again. There is another one not far that does honor them. Sad that greed once again is the driving force.

I went in during lunch there was a long of customers with one lady working she took her sweet time with everything most people only have a few minutes for lunch and don't have the time for incompetence a few minutes later 3 other employees walk out at that point they should've stayed in the back one of them announced to the whole restaurant the lettuce doesn't look good but still serves it then goes back to talking about the medication she's taking and the side effects which is extremely unappetizing and unprofessional every time I've been here they are slow and rude

I rushed through shopping to make it there by 8:45 pm because the store hours state that they close at 9. It was 8:41 pm and the door was locked and the girl working didn’t even acknowledge it I was standing there! Why have store hours posted (online and on the door) if you’re not going to follow them! I had to go out of my way to go to another Subway and it’s a major inconvenience after a day of work and my kids school schedules!

I'm not sure how to describe my experience here. The bread was not fresh, and I felt like I was being rushed, but the whole process was painfully slow. The sub was ok.

I walked in and was not acknowledged for 3 minutes and then was told to wait. They were very slow with the service and left my sandwich sitting a the topping station. While in there a man came in to use the restroom and the manager was very rude to him and another customer that opted to not tip.

I just came in at 8:25am, the door is unlocked and their hours are posted on the door and online that they open at 8am but I walk in and the lady says their closed and don’t open until 9. I’ve come to this location earlier than 9 plenty of times. So I’m not sure why she is lying. Update your hours subway or find employees that honor themUpdate she is now outside smoking. I have pictures of all this if and when someone from your team reaches out to me.

Came in with a lexington coupon that said this clearly states this address accepts it. When my son came in to use it he was told they wouldn’t accept it. This is misleading. Spoke with manager who was very nice but said it was the owner who is making that rule. Edit to say the district manager was very nice and is giving my son a refund on his sub and the coupon was a misprint
