Cake was beautiful and delicious. I live out of state and I called to order a cake for our daughter’s 21st birthday. The cake was made exactly like the picture with an added touch to make it extra special. Thank you all for helping make our girls day so special. I will call you every time we have a bakery need. I ordered a Tres Leches cake for my son’s birthday. Everyone at the party couldn’t stop talking about it. One of my best friends canceled an order from another bakery and went to Sweet Creations to place an order for her daughters’ first communion gathering. Prices are reasonable and quality and service are unbeatable. This place will be my “to go” next time me I need a cake.

I urgently needed a custom cake within 5 hours. I know that’s insane. Even Kroger wanted 24 hours notice. I’d called Sweet Creations, but didn’t get a response right away, so I hung up and tried other places. Then they called me back—even though I didn’t leave a message—and asked what it was I needed. I told them and they said that was very difficult, but they would try. I told them it could be basic, I just wanted to cakes with writing. So, I was expecting something mediocre and slapped together. What I got was a miracle. Sweet Creations had it ready in three hours, and the cakes were GORGEOUS and DELICIOUS. I cannot believe they pulled it off and so well. They are the epitome of professional and caring. Their customer service is amazing. My company will exclusively buy baked goods from them.I cannot more highly recommend them.

As a baker, this is my favorite bakery! Everything is fresh and the fresh strawberry cake is amazing!!! Do not listen to any negative reviews concerning this beautiful bakery! My birthday cake was purchased from this bakery by my kids for my celebration with friends & family on Feb.11th, 2023. This cake set out on the table while everyone ate & socialized. When I initially cut the cake it fell apart. As I continued to cut the cake, it got worse. My kids & I were both embarrassed. After cutting about the 4th piece, we decided this cake should be taken back to Sweet Creations Bakery. Four different people tasted the cake & stated it was cold or had been frozen. The cake appeared to have still been very cold in the center. Bianca(Co-owner) claimed when I spoke with her that the cake cut perfectly for her after my kids left the store. She did not offer another cake for my kids to bring back to my celebration. So I had no cake to celebrate the occasion. She indicated with my kids she would refund their money back, but at that moment she could only do a partial refund because 2 separate payments were made (something I think she made up). As someone that has been in customer service for most of their career, I am highly disappointed in how Bianca handled this transaction. She only wanted to give me excuses of how stressed out the employees were for the Valentine holiday. Even though she stated the cake cut perfectly for her (she cut a cake after my kids left the store), she agreed she could not explain why the cake was still cold. Any good business owner should value the holidays & accept stress as part of the business you own to be successful. I told Bianca I would be writing a review & she stated that she would upload her pictures & show the cake cut fine for her. So she did not learn anything about satisfying the customer. She is all about making excuses.
Excelente service, very professional, cakes are exquisitely made and most importantly they are so very delicious with a very unique taste. 10 out of 10 recommended for any party or event.

I found this bakery by chance online while looking for a bakery near my parents that made German Chocolate cake. I live in St. Louis but wanted to buy my dads favorite cake for his 82nd birthday. My Mom was able to keep it a surprise and they picked the cake up and ate it there with some friends. When the owner heard they were staying in to eat it she took it upon herself to add a sparkling candle. My parents and their friends said the cake was delicious and Dad was surprised! I will make sure that I stop by and try something the next time I am in town.

We chose Sweets Creations Bakery last minute and they did not disappoint us!!!!!! The original bakery stop answering our calls, so a ran across this bakery using this app. Bianca was so friendly and assured me she could meet the deadline. The cake was beautiful!!!
