This place is great!! If you stop by the Lexington, KY location, make sure you have Chloe as your waitress. She is so patient and kind. As if she serving her own family. Very attentive and ensuring everyone has exactly what they needed. If she ever leaves, this will be an asset you’ll never get back. You need to double or even triple her salary.

The waiter had several tables with more people but I got being by myself poor service, I still tipped the waiter, the food is great,and I won't stop coming to Ted's, I got great service in the past and when I lived in the DC area I always got great service at Ted's in Alexandria VA but yesterday on PSALM Sunday the service was very mediocre. I realize the waiter had 2 or 3 other tables with 5 or 6 people at each table, he brought the bill, but didn't ask me if I wanted desert. I felt put off. I still come back, no worries.

Very disappointed. High price for cold, old fries, beef was tasteless, drink was horrible. I threw everything away. Was a pickup order they said wasn't ready when I got there @ specified time. Maybe eating in is better IDK?! I do not recommend & will not go back. Hamburg location.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was excellent (a rare case of a Medium-temp burger being cooked to the actual request!) And the service was top notch. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and engaging. Absolutely would eat here again and recommend to anyone.

Love the food and the decor. However, we were there this past saturday and there was no one hardly in the place. However, the male host tried to seat us way in the back by the bathrooms.Passed by several open seats/booths in the front. But, when people of a different race came in they were seated up front. Sad, I felt like for the first time we were back in the 50-60s. Wondering if this is the POC protocol because I seen the female manager stand right there while he did it!SMH

Server didn't bother to check on is until about 20 min after we got our food and it was overcooked. $45 bison ribeye ordered medium came out every bit well done. Did not get to enjoy my meal with family. Kitchen and server at fault bc we were not checked on to make sure our food was OK in a sufficient time, my family was almost done eating by the time anyone came. This place has really gone down hill, which is sad since so many "professionals" are still working there, over 6 years at least for some. Super sad how downhill this has gone. Oh.. and your brass is atrocious, you need to polish it.
