I've never been at the restaurant, but last week we ordered Doordash, and I can tell being Brazilian, what we ordered was terrible food. Meat that we call Picanha was visible leftovers and super well-done, "Brazilian sausage" was nothing like the REAL Brazilian Sausage, and the advertised Feijoada beans were more like canned beans. Terrible food.

One of the best Texas de Brazil I've eaten at, out of several states. Bar, sides and meat was all on point!

Last night was our first time eating here. From the moment we walked in we had great service...waited on nothing. The food was spectacular and the service was top notch. We left extremely happy and very full...we will definitely return!

Went here for the first time for my fiance's birthday dinner. The food was outstanding, service was amazing!! ?? But the ladies room could've used more attention. ? ... The filet was the best I've ever had, hands down!! This place is a must-try!

The food was great, as usual, just a bit slow coming around at times. The problem I had was no where does it say you can not get individual bills. We made reservations for 14 as we were in town for meetings and all on expense accounts. While we were driving to dinner I got a call confirming our reservation. I did, and then was told they could only do 3 checks for the group. I explained that was not possible and after much negotiation I gor them to 6 bills. This still was not ideal, but I did not have much choice as they called while I was 8 minutes from their location and my reservation time, and we had 3 cars going to the restaurant. We enjoyed the time, and our group enjoyed themselves. Then the waitress came over and again started saying the 3 checks. I said no, we had the manager agree to 6 bills. They tried to pressure us to do the 3 checks, but we ended up with the 6 checks. This was frustrating, especially as we accounted for well over half the guest in the restaurant at the time. We spent well over $700 and there was no consideration as we explained we had individual accounts we had to file on. You would think any business would be happy to have a party that large spending money on a Tuesday night.

Wanted to bring my husband here for our 11th anniversary. The place is beautiful, and the staff are beyond perfection. The knowledge and great suggestions made the experience better. I unfortunately have a medical condition that cut our dinner short, but I will remember this place and tell everyone to treat themselves to a phenomenal food experience at its finest. The meat was made just right and tender and you have to get the Sangria.

What a fun place! Food was amazing, but it was just a bit pricey. Still worth the visit at least once.

My Stepdaughter made reservations for 17 people to celebrated her birthday. Her Dad and I traveled from Ohio. Total count for the dinner was 15, and 2 canceled. This was my first time and it will be my last time first impression means a lot. Hostesses were inexperienced with their job duties, by continuing to say we cannot seat you all until 80% of your party is here, understood the restaurant rules but they didn’t we had 14, waiting to be seated for about 30 minutes. The waiter was LAZY, and he assumed we were not going tip or have an issue with overpriced food vs quality of the food. Salad bar horrible selection , for $33.00, not fully stocked, Au gratin potatoes were completely brown like the potatoes were cooked but were not rinsed off or were left out in the opening before cooking with sauce covering the browning of the potatoes. There was a large number of guests at the table ordered the so called variety of meats continue to have to wait for certain meats to be brought to the table. No lamb chops, no quality steaks, ribs were brought to the table last toward the end as I would say after all the you know what meat was brought to the table.Waiter brought the mashed potatoes and fried bananas to the table after 60%, of the guests had finished their meal. He was not professional, he assumed every customer is going to give him 18% Gratuity, for taking their orders meat vs salad, non filter water is per poured on the tables, and drinks no explanation of their specials, wines or anything. Plates were not collected when finished. My plate had a total of four items which included a bowl soup, when I was finished I still had a total of four items still on my plate. We did not see the waiter until we were presented with the check. Total was $756, with 18% tip of $128. I refuse to tip anyone 18%, 22%, or more when you don’t do your job or even pretend you like your job. My Husband paid tip amount against my better judgment because he rewarded the waiter for unacceptable service. They were not busy, there was no wait, and no Manager walking around checking on the Customers. Big turn off experience and I, cannot recommend this restaurant to friends, families or enemies.

Texas de Brazil is an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse. They have a large variety of meats and have a salad bar with both hot and cold items. At $51 dollars per person you definitely want to go hungry to get your money’s worth. Gaucho’s bring by the meats on spits and you can tell them what you want or don’t want. Each person is given a flip card with a red and green side. Basically, “Yes” or “No” if you would like them to stop at your table. My favorite meat is the Spicy Picanha but my favorite overall item is their Potatoes Au Gratin which is creamy and delicious. I am not a mushroom person but my husband and family are also crazy over their Sautéed Mushrooms. Their Key Lime pie is also delicious. The crust is perfect and it has the perfect amount of twang/sour note.We have previously not had any issues. However, this most recent visit was less than stellar. I had made a reservation for 5 people and they sat us at a table for four people. There were multiple empty table for 5+ empty that remained empty during our entire time at the restaurant. We were very cramped. Also, after being sat our waitress didn’t acknowledge us for nearly 5 minutes. When I pointed our a food item left behind on the water glass she inspected it like I was lying. She did get me another glass. You do get garlic mashed potatoes, cheese bread, and fried bananas brought to the table. During this particular trip with five of us, the waitress brought two bananas to split among us all. On the way back from the bathroom I noticed that another customer had a “happy birthday” dessert. When I made the reservation, I made a note that it was my husbands birthday. Special events are typically acknowledged but it was not until my husband tried to use his birthday reward. However, we were not able to use the extra money off because we paid with giftcards….

Fancy food but we went in jeans and didn't feel out of place. Very expensive but worth it for the experience. Not sure I'd go back multiple times but it's a fun experience for special occasions or for visiting family. My sister was obsessed with the cinnamon

Our dining experience at Texas de Brazil in Lexington, Kentucky, was nothing short of sensational. The array of different meats served during the rodizio-style dining was simply amazing, with the picanha stealing the show as our favorite. However, what truly made our evening extraordinary was the impeccable service provided by our server, Chris.Chris's dedication to ensuring our dining experience was unforgettable was evident from the moment we were seated. Not only did he immediately provide attentive and friendly service, but his knowledge of all the drinks, specifically the different bourbons was truly impressive. He took the time to explain every detail, enhancing our appreciation for the drink selection.Additionally, Chris's expertise extended to the dessert menu, where his recommendations, particularly the carrot cake, were outstanding. His passion for hospitality and commitment to exceeding our expectations were evident in every interaction. Thanks to Chris's exceptional service and the delightful culinary offerings at Texas de Brazil Rodizio, our evening was truly memorable. If you're looking for an unparalleled dining experience in Lexington, look no further than Texas de Brazil, and be sure to ask for Chris. Five stars all the way!
