We stopped in to order dessert to go. I was positive I was going to get something chocolate until I saw there was a lemon raspberry cheesecake. That was a wonderful decision. We were not the only ones ordering dessert to go - there was a small line plus online orders. The staff were really moving along, but when it was our turn to order, they were so nice and treated us as if no one else was there with a smile and sweet attitude - they did this for everyone. The cheesecake was excellent. I hope to go there for an entire meal next time.

It was an hour wait but I attribute that to it being a popular spot. The service however was TOP NOTCH! the food, EXCELLENT ???. The atmosphere was a bit to dark for my liking as you can see by the photos. Maybe good for a date night but I was there with my family lol so yeah lol. Either way I enjoyed this restaurant experience

After eating a nice lunch, we decided to get a piece of cheesecake to share. We noticed that the size of the sliced was much smaller and the price was higher! We were very disappointed. We will not go back.

Our dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory was good, but could've been much better. Being from a larger state and having several of this restaurant in the area, it s always best to go a little later as opposed to during dinner rush. Our meal started off with Warm Crab Dip, and it was delicious and plentiful for two people. Four our main course, I got the Carbonara with chicken and my spouse got a Ribeye with mashed potato's and broccoli. My carbonara was disgusting. The noodles, were partially cooked, but majority was raw, there was no flavor except butter. This restaurant serves carbonara. That is not your typical carbonara, it is very liquidy and light, as opposed to thick such as Olive Garden. My spouse's Broccoli wasn't even trimmed off the stem, almost as if they gave him half of a head of broccoli. His mashed potatoes, were lumpy and under-seasoned. His steak, was a beautiful cut of meat and was absolutely delicious. Our dessert course, consisted of lemon/raspberry cream cheesecake, and Cinnabon Cinnamon cheesecake. Both flavors were absolutely delightful and so delicious. We took ours home! The major reason for this poor review was the service. From walking into the building, the hostess were very rude, and didn't acknowledge the fact that my spouse and I were standing waiting to be seated. Our server had an attitude, she wasn't present for majority of our time spent. For the rest of our time, another server brought our food and refilled our drinks. When a complaint is brought to the attention to a server, they should do everything in their power to try to make it better. My spouse and I spent $137, this is unacceptable for the amount of mistakes that were made and poor attitude by The Cheesecake Factory. Unfortunately, we were very unsatisfied and will not be returning anytime soon..Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is very kid friendly, as long as your children are able to sit at a table and not continuously run around the restaurant. They offer kid coloring books and activity pages upon request.

Our restaurant experience was perfect. Husband is a veteran and we had to travel from Somerset to Lexington to go to the VA hospital. When we got out we were so hungry and wanted good food before we traveled two hours home. The food was amazing and the waiter was too!Wheelchair accessibility: Husband has to use an electric scooter and they accommodated our party very easily.

Food was superb. Waitress was very good. Only complaint pertains to table hygiene which is a serious public health risk. Eating utensils should not be placed directly on tabletop (at least wrap these items in a napkin). Cheesecake’s method of placing utensils directly on tabletop is filthy and not hygienic especially with a wide range of tabletop pathogens readily available to infect someone. My wife and I like their food so well that we bring along alcohol towelettes to clean the tabletop as well as the eating utensils. However, it would be nice (aesthetically as well) for Cheesecake corporate to correct these deficiencies so I can leave my cleaning supplies at home.
This was a solo dining, so I was taken in sooner than a lot of people who were waiting. My waitress was Cassidy and she was awesome. She did everything possible to get the order right even in the matter of getting a cup of water. I had Shrimp Scampi and the way the Chef prepares his or her shrimp is divine. I always ask for extra mushrooms because I just love mushroom. I think my drink was Georgia peach something. It has Vodka in it but I asked them to go light on the vodka. I only needed a just tiny kick and it was made to my order. I come here for my shrimp scampi because they make the best at least for me. Thank you.Today, Sept 18, 2022, I ate at the bar and Marcus was the bartender. He was very polite and attentive. What a sweet young man. I had shrimp scampi with extra mushrooms. The shrimp batter was so good, I ate the whole thing with the shells and all. My compliment to the chef. Thank you Marcus for taking such good care of me. :)

Got the chicken parm as always. Took a few bites and thought it tasted really weird. Had my wife try it and she instantly spit it out. I scraped off the cheese, sauce and breading, and it revealed that the chicken was a really weird gray color. Even when the waiter came to our table he was like “oh yeah that doesn’t look right.” Because I instantly started feeling ill and it took us a long time to get our food, I just told him I didn’t want to replacement dish. So, I sat there ill (which I told him) and sipped my Coke while my wife ate alone. How did they fix it- no one came to talk to us, they just took my dish off the bill and that was it. Charged us $9 for our cokes and our bill was $42 for us to have that experience. I emailed the feedback team and they overwhelmed us by fixing the whole situation and sent a $15 gift card. What a joke. But, there are plenty of great restaurants in Lexington that we will go to. This is not one of them. Will not return.

I did a doordashing for the first time today and came to pick up a order for someone I waited for over ten minutes with another dasher I tried to talk to several workers to get this order after everything one of the manager came up to me and spoke very rudely to me and tried to take the food out of my hand and I watched a good ten employees look at me and just walk away when I tried to talk to them
