Adequate chopped salad that sounded a lot better on the menu. Filet medallions in a mushroom sauce that was too peppery for my taste. My companion's pork chop was tasty. Very good, friendly service. Pleasant outdoor patio dining.

Delicious, perfectly cooked ribeye. Excellent service. Splendid all around.

I’m not quite sure why this place is still open. The first day I visited, I was finally able to secure a patio table and waited nearly 20 minutes with no wait staff. After this, I left. Tried again the next day, was able to get seated but seriously..you need patience when dealing with the host staff. Actually you need patience period throughout the “experience” of eating here. My advice, spend a little extra and head to Ruth’s Chris where the service matches the price point of the food.

First time trying out this establishment. Originally I was told it might be an hour wait so I said put me on the list, would just wait around, maybe walk around Lowe's. The manager came up and said there was a table available. Awesome, no wait and making accommodations for walk-ins was a plus. Sit down, reviewed the menu and was ready to order when the hostess come back to the table and says that there has been a mistake and they needed to sit another walk-in at the table.. she said it would probably wouldn't be an hour, more like 30 minutes.Great first impression. I understand mistakes, but to make me get up after already sitting at the table is unacceptable. Walked out and gave my business to Sutton's Also their reservation link on their website doesn't work, so how could I make a reservation on opentable when it doesn't work.Might try them again, but was extremely disappointed in this experience.

This is a classic steakhouse. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. Maybe a little outdated but it has charm. They have a good wine menu and other adult beverages to choose from. On my first visit the server was very knowledge and attentive. On our second visit the server was good but didn't have a lot of knowledge on the menu. The food both times was great. It's not often I get a steak that is perfectly cooked but they did a great job on all steaks that our party ordered. They have a good variety of other meats as well. Overall this is a good steakhouse that you can go for a casual lunch or a special dinner.

Our first visit to the Chop House was at the end of Burger Week 2020. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the hostess who went to clean our table. While we waited, at least two others asked if we had been helped yet. When we were seated at the table, our server arrived and we placed our order for two burger week burgers and fries. The waiter was very friendly and made sure we had everything we requested. Our food was good, although I wish it had arrived hot. It was lukewarm at best and the fries were room temperature. The taste of the burger was good, though. All in all, with such friendly staff and servers, we look forward to returning another time and trying some items from the regular menu.

Very disappointed with our service!!! Arrived and was seated quickly...... the "good" service ended there. We waited 20 minutes before we were greeted by our server. Although he walked by several times. He apologized BUT it was the rudest apology I have ever received. When I told him I was to upset to order BUT he could take the other people's orders he simply walked away!!!! Never returned to take their order. The manager took the order he wasn't much better nor apologetic. They finally brought out bread and salads with NO UTENSILS! I'll NEVER RETURN

If ya want amazing service, friendly staff and the best Delmonico steak, this is the place to find it. Idk bout any of their other locations but on Richmond Rd in Lexington KY, is the best service, best food iv had in a long time. Their drinks are def something to write home about as well. Ya def get what ya pay for and the serving size is WELL worth the price. Will be a regular for sure.

Great Food, high dollar atmosphere.

The food was ok but we felt it was a bit over priced for what you are getting. And I guess we had bad luck with our server. She was nice but kept forgetting to bring us things like the bread, a side to both of our meals, and I had to ask for new silverware because the ones I was given had dried food on it. I dont think we will come back...

My mom and I had a great dinner there tonight. Chase was our waiter and he was excellent. Food was very tasty and came out of the kitchen very quickly. Great dining experience!

So we had a party of twenty for a rehearsal dinner in a private room - on a Thursday- one server, no silverware, no waters, waited 45 min for drinks, I was told that my kids couldn't order at the same time I placed the food order, refills were slow to non-existent, apps came before drinks, they ran out of prime rib, they left stacks and stacks of plates and glasses on the table, one and a half hours in we were able to place orders, I asked for a water and the waitress points to another glass on the table- and says" isn't that it??" - they did bring out about ten loaves of warm bread and honey butter- which was very good- two hours in and the food arrives, steak was overcooked- but it was pretty tasty. Also, no military discount.....Anyway, I was pretty disappointed- save your money and go somewhere else. It's not worth it.
