We had dinner with another couple. Front/bar was super noisy so we opted for a booth in the back in order to have a conversation. Service was very good. Husband and I ordered the ravioli and the chicken Ceasar salad to share. All good but salad was very small for the price. I'm not a big eater but left feeling hungry even though we had chocolate torte for dessert.

This place is absolutely gorgeous inside. The service was amazing. The bartender cut up and talked to us the whole time we were there. The burgers were probably some of the best I've had in a long time. It may look small outside but it's huge with personality inside. Definitely a place you want to check out if you're in Lexington with a very nice neighborhood vive. Definitely go here again ❤️

I had an incredible dinner here. A caprese grilled cheese and their home made tomato basil soup. The bartender and owner were so inviting and friendly. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience. I went there for lunch after a work meeting and had a wonderful time. The decor and ambiance are very enjoyable, the staff is very friendly, it’s a calm street, the food is exquisite and the prices are normal for Lexington. They have a small parking lot accords the street that is shared by the Blue Heron.

A pre-concert meal at around 4 pm on a Tuesday. A really great experience in all aspects: cocktail, food, atmosphere, service. GF pizza crust option meant the world to my wife. Server was efficient and helpful.

The Goose is one of the best restaurants in Lexington. The food is great and very fairly-priced, but the best thing about it is the lovely, professional, and consistent service from the staff. The same staff has worked there since I started coming, and they go out of their way to make it a fun and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the go-to for any night of the week. Thanks Goose!

Wonderful find just outside Downtown. Great decor, and I had terrific shrimps with grits - I had no idea what to expect and it was amazing; the chocolate (flour free torte) was divine and I’m not a “chocolate dessert” person. Wine was very acceptable and great value.Dietary restrictions: My friend has a severely limited kindness diet and they couldn’t have been more helpful - she diner well.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful with helping me out with picking food and drinks. The food was amazing and fresh (gf Margherita is delicious. ) I came into this bar with an aching heart and walked out with a happy belly. A perfect place to live in the moment.

Met up with a bunch of friends from three different states for The Steel Woods concert on October 28th. I communicated with the restaurant a month prior to make arrangements and we ended up with 13 total. The Goose was able to seat us all at the same table, we had plenty of room, very comfortable, and we were able to sit and laugh and catch up over dinner and drinks before the show! The food was great! So much to choose from and such an eclectic menu, everyone had a hard time deciding what to get! We shared appetizers and entrees. Highly recommend the Meat-Tastic pizza, paired with a side of pesto for crust dipping, it was sooo good! The Herb roasted chicken with potatoes and brussel sprouts, mmm...chicken was very moist and well seasoned. It was a hit with the whole table! The tomato basil bisque and cheesy cauliflower puree soups were also very popular, as well as the shrimp and grits! Our server, Sherry, was awesome, friendly and outgoing and she did not seem intimidated at all by our large group. She kept our orders straight, and our glasses filled!Every person in our group said they would go back again!Wheelchair accessibility: One person in our party is a wheelchair user and he was easily able to slide in at the end of the table.

Unbearably slow service, hopefully the server was stoned because timing and remembering was not his strong suit. 30 minutes to get a glass of beer and bottle of wine, finally had to go inside and find the server to take our order. Simple lunch items took 25 minutes to come out and we had to ask where’s our food. Food was just okay.
