Food is very good when they get the order right. They seem to have problems when you order multiple of the same item with different options (like for multiple people). Like most American places trying to make tacos, you get a curated experience. When I go to Mexico, I get a plate with tortillas and whatever meat on them and a plate with all the other stuff to make whatever I want. Good quality ingredients, some interesting menu choices along with some classics for anyone who likes tacos, and a great combo of ordering and paying at the front like a fast food place and then getting your food dropped off at your table when it's ready (keeps crowds moving and lines to a minimum). The only downside is that it is a big space without any carpets and it can get pretty loud when there are lots of people.
