Standard salad fair for a salad bar offering. But this ownership goes way over the top to take care of their customers. I enjoyed my custom salad and had a very nice clean dining area in the building attached to the store. Parking is a struggle downtown but if you're willing to pay there is plenty.

Wow. I'm familiar with Chop't and Sweet Greens and enjoy them, but Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen is giving serious competition for being the best. I had the Bluegrass Blackberry with an added egg. One of the best salads I've had in a while. Fresh and scrumptious. Perfect amount of acidic vinegar with crunchy pecans and apple chips with popping strawberries, feta cheese, onions and spring mix. Would eat here again the next time I'm near one. Yummy!

While I love the salads here and order a lot, when I pick up my order, it’s always disappointing. I didn’t get bread, which I ordered, and I asked no onions and got them. My salad was missing half of what should have been included in terms of amount. The bowl was half empty. Please set a standard for the size!:)

I'm sad because I loved this place but the girls working there were awful. First they didn't tell me that they were out of avocado- it wasn't until I ordered a second bowl and a different girl made the other bowl and said something. Instead of saying something the first girl just put Brussels sprouts and pita bread in my bowl (which I am allergic to) without asking. I'm pretty disappointed in this and will not be coming back to this location. I ordered Maki Shrimp Salad and instead got a salad with some shrimp, brusssels sprouts, pita bread, and no avocado.

Great spot for a light lunch. I went with the aculpulco Caesar and my wife for the Santorini. This place has tons of options and extras so everyone can be satisfied.

Great place for a salad with many great health options. Ioved this taco salad and fresh lemonade they also make the salads quick and right in front of you. The prices were reasonable and the food was good n fresh.
