This is by far the slowest, nastiest worst White castle I have ever been to. The workers smoking weed outside the building. The workers are slow and rude and don't care about fast food time and service. I'm sorry but this is a bad representative for other White castle branches.

Great food. Friendly people. They quickly took my order. Food was decently priced. Fountain machine offers PLENTY of choices for soft drinks. Only issue I had was that it was pretty chilly inside the restaurant. Other than that 5 stars.Parking: Sufficient parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps leading up & onto the curb. From the curb to the front door has nice & smooth finish on the ground.
What happened here? This location used to run like a well oiled machine. I came here once 6 months ago and noticed it fell off as far as speed of drive thru at night goes. I didn’t think anything of it but I also haven’t eaten here since. I came tonight and I was in line for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me and I was given the wrong order. I feel bad for whoever was behind me, if anyone, because I was just handed enough food to feed a small country, by the same person who looked at me in my vehicle and charged me $5 for my actual order. I don’t get it.

I love White Castle, but when you go to this one, CHECK YOUR ORDER. I repeat. Don't leave without checking your bag. We ordered 10 cheeseburgers with jalapeño cheese, and they only put jalapeño cheese on one! So sneaky and lame. We ordered 10 cheeseburgers plain with extra ketchup, and when I say they added a tiny dot of ketchup to each burger... ?

This place is in need of a THOROUGH cleaning. Yes, it's an old building, but it needs to be pressure washed on the outside, walls, sidewalks, windows, the whole thing. Inside could use some cleaning, mopping, new furniture. Employees seemed to not care whether tables were cleaned either. No one else was in the establishment besides us. So, it was slow. As for the employees....well, let's just say that there was NO rush whatsoever to get our food out in a timely manner. Their conversation was more important. Food tasted good, except two of my four tasted old, or maybe just sitting for awhile. Hubby was fine with his, his were fresh and hot (cheeseburgers for both of us) fries were good. Will I go here again? Probably not. Too dirty for my liking. Employees need to be retrained. Customer satisfaction is what keeps doors open, and your job intact. Not sure if mgr. was on premises, but if he/she was, shame on you for not caring....

Valentine's Day dinner at White Castle is great fun. Everyone there is out to have a good time. It's family friendly. It's couples friendly. It's about as casual as you can get. Or you can dress to the nines if you want to. The crew there is great. And where e;se can you go and not break the bank these days?

Waited 15 minutes for 4 cheese sliders that only had 4-5 slivers of onion on them. Employees to busy talking about their relationship rather than waiting on customers. The inside of store is nasty and not a single clean table.
