Wings are edible. I found the wings dry. Domino’s wings are better on the cooking side. However, these guys do have good flavor. Hopefully they can figure out that divide to produce a quality product. It was clear to me that they had double fried leftover wings for my delivery. I could taste it. I don’t anticipate ordering wings ever from them again unless there are changes. Surprising for Lexington that we have no good or even a decent wing spot

Out-of-towner seeking a good wing.. FOUND IT! We have had many wings during our travels and honestly these are the best. Wing meat was just right. Sauce was SO delicious and saucy. Also had the chicken wrap..very good. We will eat here again when back in town! Meals were quick and correct. Employee was friendly and nice :)

This place is amazing, I could go to the closer wingzone on southland but I choose to come to Eureka Sprungs because of Alomia, she has the best customer service I have ever had. She is patient and kind even when they are stressed and extremely busy. To be honest every interaction I have had from her chris and a few from the kitchen has been amazing. I frequent this location anoint 4-6 times a month. If you want the best wins in town and to notch service this is the only location to visit. 6 stars you will not be disappointed, the best part is they not only remember you but they have your order history and they have not one time forgotten, overlooked, leftout or messed up my order and I'm 30+ orders and counting. Looking Out For The City ..

This year on National Wing Day, I found that Wing Zone had the best deal on wings over the the two other places, I usually go to, around this national holiday. Wingstop makes the best wings hands down and I will literally drive to Louisville and back to take advantage, but $11.99 for 15 wings (counting the 5 they usually give you for free with any purchase). This is assuming that one orders the least amount of wings, 10) vs. Wing Zone's 16 wings for $12 now? Why would I drive all the way to Louisville? Add in the fact that Wing Zone gives you two free dipping sauces, Wingstop charges for everything and they only give FREE sauces if one orders a sandwich. O_o. How tf am I supposed to dip a chicken sandwich in a small tub of sauce?Oh...when I went in today, I also saw menu printouts of all the items they are selling. I wonder if someone complained or someone had seen my previous review concerning the issue from previous visits I had.

Avoid Eureka Springs location. Management at this location is an absolute joke and wouldn’t fix a messed up online order. Tried to charge me for their mess up. The “manager” on duty was unprofessional and rude.

I have been a wing zone customer for 12 years. I am sincerely disappointed in the level of customer service this franchise has. I placed an order online and called about 40 minutes afterwards to confirm if my order was ready for pickup or estimated where it might be in the queue. I explained i am not rushing just trying to confirm when to head that way for pickup. The gentleman on the phone was beyond disrespectful and stated that their system does not allow them to see if my order is ready nor could he check. When I said that doesn’t make sense that they have no way of knowing if someone’s order is ready he yelled that they had over 300 orders and then hung up the phone. I will never do business with this establishment again for corporate, tailgate or home orders. Nor will I ever recommend them again. You should never disrespect your customers like that.

Got the wrong order and the manager was straight up nasty, disgusting, must have been having a bad day but oh well, you chose this job. I asked for my money back and In a nasty tone she’s like , well it was only 7 dollars so that’s all you will get back , then when I tell her I know the price and I’m willing to proceed and even said thank you she said ‘’whatever’’ haha you guys are a joke

Wing Zone is a pretty good delivery business. Most of the time they get our order correct. My problem is the food has been cold and goopy upon arrival. I realize I'm not dealing with a 4 or 5 star restaurant but I had to stop ordering because of the above issue. If they fix this issue, I'd love to order again.

This place is a joke. Did not offer my wife the best price, they charged her more for less wings. Did not offer buddy pack. Order was wrong, when we called they stood behind their mistake. I will not order from here again.
