This was my first time ordering at the London location. I had ordered on the app and it said it was ready but when I went in it wasn’t ready. They let me know they were having some troubles so I waited (which I didn’t mind). I’m a manager in retail so I understand being slammed or short handed. I didn’t have to wait very long and they were the nicest people I’ve ever met!! Definitely recommend this location.

The only place that will deliver where I work! They are nice people, delivery was faster than I expected!
Food was completed on time. When I walked in to pick it up there were three employees that were visible. One putting pies together for cooking, one taking out/cutting/boxing and the third was trying to do everything else, restock toppings, and?? I know this person saw me though. One of the drivers returned and promptly retrieved my order. Unfortunately I did not check my order before leaving. I specifically asked for no mushrooms or olives with onions on half and bell peppers on the other side. The split toppings were mostly correct, but I spent some time removing all the mushrooms and a few rogue olives. Fortunately the request had nothing to do with allergies. Otherwise, the food was good. A bit on the cool side, but that's because we don't live close by - which is also why I didn't bother to contact them. I'm not driving 90 min round trio to have a pizza corrected. I only say "I should have known" because there was someone else in there complaining their pizza was wrong. I would go back. I haven't had any issues before,

Staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating! I've only had 1 things wrong out of more than a dozen orders and they were very kind about fixing it. Compared to other national brands I prefer dominos for many reasons and this location is the best.
