The cashier didn't seem to be enjoying her job. No one did, really. Nobody was smiling or friendly. Don't get me wrong, glad they are working. Just would be nice to see a happy face.

Visited this restaurant for breakfast after an early doctors appointment and had a large order for my family. The girl working drive thru was rude, and groaned and sighed every time I added something to the order after the initial meal. They eventually grunted and I was passed off to the manager working, who while taking my order was equally rude and laughed “Yeah… you’re definitely gonna have to pull THIS one… what else you want?!”Then when I finally got my food, she practically threw the bag into my window and it was dumped so sloppily in the bag, I had to refill the hash-browns myself.They aren’t listed on their corporate website to file a formal complain, I can only guess as to why, so I’ll settle for here and never return to this establishment.

Good was yucky! Fries so salty, my mushroom-Swiss burger had no swiss cheese and some sort of icky mushroom sauce. Pop machine broken for a lot of the drinks. Worse of all the men's room was out of order! Avoid it!!

You do a pick up order of a large coke and two biscuits and gravy. Show up when it’s supposed to be ready and still wait over 15 minutes to get you food after you been passed over at least 5 times.

I would give no stars if I could i dont recommend eating at this place my husband drives 2 hours to get to work he stopped this morning to get breakfast his vehicle was the only one in the drive thru the woman at the window told him to pull up and wait and he told her he would just wait at the window for his food because he was the only one in the drive thru and he was in a hurry he rolled his window upwhile he waited then the woman started beating on his window she then told him his service was no longer welcome there and that he needed to find another restaurant if you want the most disrespectful service you've ever had in your life go to Hardee's through the week and meet the woman at the window!!

You don't want to go through there in the morning. The lady working the drive through us very nasty. Acting like you did something to her for ordering. I paid with a $50 and she got mad. Older lady with obviously dyed hair.

ABSOUTLEY TERRIBLE...We were the only ones inside when we ordered. took a few minutes and that's ok. Then the burgers sit in the warmer for about 3-4 minutes because the girl at the counter was gone and I guess the drive thru girl doesn't know how or refuses to take the 2 burgers and put them in a bag. We get back to work and the bottom buns of the burger are WET! There is enough mustard for 20 burgers and the burger itself is not only cold, but the cheese wasn't even warm like it was taken out of a refrigerator and put on cold meat.The worst of it though is the customer service phone in disconnected and even though I wrote 2 emails in 2 days...NO ONE RESPONDED. I guess they just don't care about the service, food or customers.If I could give a big 0 in stars I would. There are several places to eat around here, anything is better than Hardees...save your money!
