Very bad and unfriendly customer service. Refused to take my coupon that was emailed to me and on my rewards app. This cost me almost $7.00 extra. I will delete the app and unsubscribe from emails and will never be back. We got no service after our food was put on the table. Will spend my money somewhere else. Contacted main office no reply. Guess my complaint does not matter to them.

Went there for breakfast about 11:00 a.m. on 4/18/24. The food was good but the customer service was horrible. We were never ask if we needed anything. We had to ask to get a coffee refill and waitress acted like it was an inconvenience. Spent $35.00 for two people they least they could do is refill your drinks.

All around a great place when the manager Cassandra Miller isn’t around. But I worked there for almost a year and got fired because “nothing was done” when I did extra stuff she asked me to do the night I got fired. She stays drunk comes into work lit and talks to her employees very cruel at every slightest inconvenience to her. If you’re looking for a job I do not recommend until she steps down from her royal position.

I come here often. Chelsea and Austin are 2 of my 4 favorite people there. They always treat us friendly and our food is extremely good. These 2 make ordering food there a truly pleasant experience. I go here a lot and always get the same thing. But was treated very well by 2 people that work there. One is a blonde named Kelly, and the other is the cook named Dustin. They are so nice and pleasant to deal with. They have to be my 2 favorite people that work there. It's always good to see them both there. Thank you Kelly and Dustin for the great service and great Philly steak n cheese and big house blts only bacon and cheese. We love the food, and you two always make it such a friendly environment.
