Came in for late dinner and was seated in the bar lounge. Nothing wrong with that. There was a Kentucky Basketball Game going on, so there were people watching the game. There was a party that was rather passionate about the game, and was quite loud to me. (I have sensory issues, but I’m not going to have people cater to me over it.) Some staff asked them to quiet down, and they did for a while. Had some outbursts and the party apologized to everyone in the lounge (quite considerate and respectful). Other than that, the food was great. ?Kid-friendliness: Depending on where you sit, it can be kid-friendly and not kid-friendly.

Our server was outstanding!! The burger was good and the onion rings were also.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is limited. If you need it, it is to the left of the front of the building on the side. It has easy access from there.

First off my experience started off perfectly once I sat down but had a turn for the worse because I guess my waitress was having a bad morning because she hadn't eaten as she said ... but her attitude turned very petty real quick! Ambiance is very loud secular music where I can't even hear my own thoughts.. and the food was very disappointing... where do I begin.. the spinach dip was watery could not eat it and I got my food and they gave me a half rack of ribs that looked like a quarter of a rack. The manager told me that was a half rack! And treated me like I was the crazy one! Horrible customer service! I told her to get an extra plate because I'm not paying for $16 for that.. and I gave it back to them. over all I've lost my appetite and feel very disrespected and I've been in customer service for 9 years.. it's BS only positive was the dang beer cheese dip and pretzels. Husband thought the asparagus was very salty and that the ribs we're very mediocre The only thing he enjoyed was his loaded french fries. Please do better and don't treat people like there the problem.. I'm super upset smh I now know why it's got a 3.5 as I'm leaving. I find out that they were going to charge us for the spinach dip that we didnt eat. Then the manager comes up to me again and said what was the problem with it I said it was watery. Then she turns away and rolls her eyes at me. I never not tip but this was horrendous service that I blacked out the tip area and left a mean angry face on the receipt because that's how disrespected I felt! They made me feel like the bottom of their shoe. I just left my food because I don't want it. Didn't even touch it..I don't trust them. They are not good people I thought my experience couldn't get any worse it just did if I could give this place a zero star I would! Negative Five stars is

greeter didn't seem like he wanted to be there...bread was brought out later when i placed my order.... the butter & salt, had absolutely no flavor...sauteed onions looked like they were steamed rolled, & were mostly black....the music they played sounded like, underground, black market grunge bandsbut the server was nice.

We were traveling and stumbled across this restaurant and decided to give it try. So glad we did. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Plenty of staff. Great food! We were so hungry so we didn't get pictures of the food but the club sandwich and Buffalo chicken wrap were both delicious.
