Me and my wife had ordered cheese stakes and the bread was raw and not fully cooked i get that they make their own bread but they need to learn to properly proof and score bread before considering selling it. It was probably the worst cheese steak ive ever had.

Employees were friendly and fast. Restaurant was clean. Food was made fresh to order and came out good and hot. Philly Cheesesteak Sub and Fresh Cut Fries were excellent. .

I had to wait seamed like for ever and the workers did not wear hair nets...the guys had long bushy hair and beards..you would think they would wear a hair

I frequent Penn stations. My wife also my grandaughter were happy to see there was one right off the London exit. Location is hard to see off the main road. But we found it. There were 4 workers. All around 20 years old. The two girls stayed in what was to be the office. The one young man cooked our food. The other rung us up. All the tables in the area to eat were dirty. I asked if they could clean a table. They handed me a dirty . Also dry towel. I used the water from the fountain machine to clean what i could. Also that area was filthy and has french fry tool laying on the grate. I gave the towel back , then all four proceeded to the are (office) The food was good. But the cleanliness and friendliness lacking.

Was told they were good, so I had to try it. Wasn't impressed for the price you pay. Food was good, but could have got the same somewhere else cheaper and better. I'm sure some don't agree, but that's why they ask what we think.

Did an online order. Paid for extra steak and cheese - there was barely anything on the sandwich, no mayo. Paid for extra bacon on BLT - not there either! Requested extra lettuce and tomato, also not there! Fries are always amazing, and worth the price. This is not the first bad experience at this location unfortunately. Last time we were offered a coupon by phone but when tried to use it, said didn't exist at location!Will I ever return? Only if I want more fries. Do I recommend? Not at this time, which is sad and I hope something is done to repair the locations reputation.
