I was on hold for 5 minutes before 7:40pm and then woman working said they stopped taking orders at 7:45pm and it was 7:40pm when I call and tried to place an order. They wouldn't take my order. My brother who works there called them and asked them to make my order but that was unnecessary for the simple reason that I still had time to order. They was more worried about getting out of work at 8PM then the consumer. So I didn't order from Shiloh's Express.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Had to wait just a few minutes longer than they told me to expect, but the hot baked potatoes were definitely worth it! They were still scorching hot by the time I drove home!

We ordered an appetizer that came out with the main course, who does this? The food was no more than just okay, but the service sucked. Most likely won't be stopping in again anytime soon.

Lost a long time customer... been eating at Shilohs for 18years. You can thank the manger Jeff. Had a credit on my account for a Shiloh salad they forgot to place in my bag in a recent order. Called to place an order and get my credit applied and they stated that they only keep credits for 2weeks... since when! That's not what the lady told me when see messed up. Lost a valued long time customer over $5.49. Great management skills! Might want to take better care of the customer and quit trying to rip them off.
