Hands down the best Subway ever! If you visit Jellico Tennessee you have to stop and meet the workers! The food is always as fresh as it can be and the service is amazing! These guys take pride in their work and they love to serve people! The lady says she's changing the world one sub at a time!

They don’t have enough staff working during the lunch hour rush. I won’t go back. They usually have one employee for the whole store.

HIGHLY disappointed! Ordered 2 footlong steak sandwiches. Pulled through the drive thru where I was told they were working on my order. No worries. I'll come in, in 5 min. Go in to find out I was lied to! They ran out of steak making my 1st sandwich which was already made. Ask for a refund and they refused. So I changed my order to a meatball sub. Nope out of that too! Again requested a refund. No refunds! Ended up with basically all they had to offer ham & turkey. Got home and my steak was not just cold but almost frozen! Very unsatisfied customer!

While I'm in the hospital I wanted subway. I ordered a pizza sub toasted...husband brings it to me and it's cold. What about toasted is cold

It was our 1st visit at this location for Subway, we found 1 very ? frustrated overwhelmed with order's with no one there to help her. According to regulars who stopped in and who wished her well and said they couldn't wait they knew she had been left like this on regular occasions and they didn't understand why the Cooperate heads ? thought it could ? possibly be a good idea to lose business, hey! Me either! But, after a 22 minute wait we ordered and she did a great job, had our specialty subs made in a quick minute with a smile ☺ left her a good tip in the jar and a prayer ? with well wishes for a better day.

I stopped in to get sandwiches and a salad for my husband and this girl with black hair was extremely rude! She had such an attitude towards my sister over a 6 inch sandwiche clearly her day must have been bad!the level of attitude was terrible I will never stop there again! I hope she gets reprimanded for her terrible attitude towards customers! I would not recommend this store to anyone stay away! Her sparky attitude shouldn't have even been a thing all she had to do was make a sandwiches we were extremely nice so there shouldn't have been a problem! Ppl like her shouldn't work in customer service!

Service was fine, sandwich was ok. I got it toasted and it was so crumbly it was hard to eat. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. Here is what got me, a foot long, a small bag of chips and a medium drink was 15$ plus tip 17$ I could have gone to sit down restaurant for that kind of money. Everything was as expected for a ready made pre sliced sandwich shop but, I won't be back. It's just too much for lunch sandwich.
