I placed a order for pick up on the app and when we showed up at the time it told us it would be ready the gate was closed. we waited over half a hour and no one showed up to get the food that we were told was ready to pick up

Ordered a steak melt, was barely warm and cheese wasn't melted. Needed longer in the oven. Use the app to order so couldn't watch it being made. Picked up as it was finished being made. Of course paid $3 for double meat, barely any on it. Sad thing is it wasn't busy(not a single customer) so no excuses as to why the sandwich seemed rushed.

Came inside at 7:30pm…no one even acknowledged me. I yelled hello three times and no one ever came. I just left. Heard employees laughing and talking while I was standing there. Wow.
