bought chipolte many times from this taco bell and at first it was all good but just before it was removed i would pay for extra chipolte every time and would never recieve it and since its been back they still will not add it, the one i payed 7$ for today tasted ruined more from the lettuce and was missing the crunch and extra chipolte, i understand having diffuclties or a new hire but the money i use is worked hard for and i look forward to that chipolte.

Their app steals your money.I made an order today, showed proof to their manager it came out of my bank account, then he refused to accommodate me with what I bought despite it being paid for in full. It would have been different if they could have made it right by refund or making my order.Instead I had to pop some mints in the parking lot hoping it would bring my sugar up enough to get home safely.Don’t use the app and honestly they get the quantity of the order wrong 90% of the time so I’m just done at this point.

I ordered through the drive thru where they continued to get my order wrong so I went inside so they could fix it and they still got it wrong. A chicken quesadilla with chews and chipotle sauce isn’t that difficult. They need better management who won’t argue with you about what you did and did not
One of the best TBs I've been to in a while, honestly. Passing through town on a road trip, stopped for lunch. The dining room was clean, the food was hot, the orders were correct. The service was problem free, but nothing outstanding.

The manager needs to get off her backside and help her employees clean and work on the restaurant instead of sitting back there rendezvous with young employees. Drive thru only now and if they go cashless they will no longer get my business. Instead of remodeling they should have tore it down.
Got order wrong - called and manager said they were out of what I ordered and I told him they should have said something instead of substituting something.Told him barely had meat on it and he started in about they do right portions and I said I know what the portions are and he said they have changed-When has it ever been acceptable for a manager to talk to a customer the way he did.

Truck drivers, at 9:45pm we tried to walk in to order our food and were turned away? Lobby closed early? We were told they closed the lobby around 9:30-9:45ish… not a set time. We also were not allowed to do a walk up order.How in the world are Truckers supposed to get something to eat if it is restricted? This place is ridiculous.

At this particular visit the lady answering the intercom told me a large list of things they did not have because they were out of them and had not got a truck in over a week and a half. They did have everything I ordered because all I wanted was 4 soft shell tacos with meat and cheese only. So they had everything except mild sauce. Her and the manager apologized. So for my kiddos to eat it wasn’t a problem.Parking: The parking lot is nice and spacious.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes into building and at tables
