I placed an order and forgot to have them scan the QR code on my Wendy’s app for the points to be added to my account. I entered the information on the receipt and it said it could take up to 14 days for the points to be added. I waited but they were never added. I tried to call several times and they left me on hold half the day. I tried the live chat several times but no one ever comes on to assist! Wendy’s customer service is terrible!!!

When I go to the Wendy's on South Laurel rd. I am always treated like a favorite customer every time. They have an excellent crew.

I’m a door dasher and the women that works there with brown hair and glasses refused to remake a frosty that was super watery. She was very rude and cussing saying she didn’t give a damn how the frosty was and the customer could cry about it.

They don't always turn lights on in the a.m. No clue it's even open. Breakfast sandwiches cold, the bun or croissant cold and hard. Large pieces of gristle in the pattie. Expensive also. I've given up with it now.
We are coming at late night. Almost closed. But they still serv us. But they dont put ketchup on paper bag. Is it need to ask for ketchup. Because our fries burger and nugget, need ketcup for make more yummy. But overall thanks to serv us even you almost

It's your typical wendys. Nothing great, just stopped in on our way to the pinnacle. Prices are on par with every other overcharging major fast food chain in the country. Service was fast and there was maybe 1 or 2 minutes of drive through wait time.
